I brought my son there last night to get some food to-go. The young man that looks like Chris Farley started complaining at first because the girl making our sub said they didn't have enough meatballs. Chris was upset he had waddle from the back of the store to visually check the empty pan of meatballs even though the girl had told him they needed three more. He managed to make it to the cooler grumbling the whole way the filled a little black thing with three meatballs to be heated up. After our sandwich was made, I wanted to get some cookies to take home and was talking to a friendly girl with black hair about which ones were good. She suggested the new caramel ones so I asked how they put caramel on them. The sticker advertising them showed caramel being on top but the ones in the display weren't made like that. When I asked why, Chris interjected and asked if we wanted caramel on them like it was another inconvenience. I said yes. The girl with black hair got melted caramel and put some on the cookies, then was wondering how to package them since the caramel would stick to the bags. I asked for a bowl or something to take them home in and when she grabbed one, Chris told her not to because we didn't buy a dozen. This guy's bad attitude sucked. He seemed to be the manager and everything he complained about would've never been an issue if he made sure the right thing was done to begin with. I would assume he doesn't make sure the store is clean and food safety procedures probably aren't followed of it requires any physical exertion or responsibility on his part. The other employees deserve better and if this location wants to keep return business then the customers deserve better too. By the time we finished our sandwich and removed the cookies to eat, they either had pieces of wrapper stuck to them or the wrapper pulled all the caramel off. I left a small tip and I wish the guy didn't get any of it. I wish he would've made the cookies right in the first place (he looks like he knows his way around a cookie), or would've at least allowed the girl to package them right when we brought them back. I don't plan on coming back...
Read moreI returned a rental vehicle next door to this Subway. My ride home was delayed by several hours and I do not live anywhere near Henderson! I walked next door and went ahead and ordered a meal and sat down to eat and wait. The young ladies that work in here during the evening hours are wonderful! They were polite and welcoming. They checked on me several times and were very accommodating to my situation. My food was exactly as I ordered and the staff prepared everything perfectly. The bread was fresh out of the oven and all employees were mindful about cleanliness and sanitizing their work areas as they prepared food. They stayed busy the entire 3 hours that I was stranded there; regardless of the amount of customers in the store. I witnessed no down time whatsoever. Absolutely phenomenal workers that any restaurant would be happy to have as employees. Awesome food and even better service. These girls deserve a raise and are the reason I will be back each and every time I come through...
Read moreHorrible service. Hire competent employee's. Said I wanted Italian bread, got Italian herbs and cheese, decided to let that go. Said I wanted my sandwich heated, they put my sandwich in the microwave for 2 minutes (which leaves the bread rock hard.) Said wanted just a couple banana peppers got a entire handful, then she proceeded to drown my sandwich in sweet onion sauce on a 6 inch. 13 minutes waiting in line for one sandwich. Then after paying the young girl threw the change in my hand which it fell out and then just turned around afterwards and offered no apology or help to pick it up. Absolutely horrible experience my first time here. Will not be...
