KFC — Restaurant in Henderson

Ohh if I could rate 0 i would. This place is disgusting. Thurdsday Nov 2 come thru the drive thru ordered 12 nuggets, large mashed potatoes with gravy, large fries, small coleslaw and 2 biscuits. Kfc sauce with nuggets. I should have known better because I was the 4th car in line. After each car pull forwarded they had to get out and go in. This was FOUR cars in a row. I drove off after getting my order because i was on lunch break at work. I get down the road and feel like i better check it. Well thank god i did. What i received was a large mashed potaoes. NO GRAVY, NO BISCUITS, NO SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS AND A TINY BLACK CONTAINER OF 10 nugget crumbs along with an old hard dried out box of fries. These were not nuggets or fries. These were scooped up out the bottom and given to a PAYING customer to get the car out of the drive thru. $23 and nearly everything is missing and hard, old nugget crumbs. The owner of this location should be embarressed. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and never ever returning to another kfc again. Especially this one in henderson KY. You people are pathetic.

Also to future customers and the OWNER of this location. Your manager with the afro this day Thursday Nov 2 between 6:50 and 7:10 took the nuggets back across the counter to give to ANOTHER CUSTOMER as I took them right back to get money back for those crumbs! Better check those cameras there BOSS!

EDIT: After reading other reviews it looks like the parking lot, the sign, the drive thru has been on blackout mode for over a YEAR now.

This kfc in Henderson KY is unbelievably bad. Its 7pm and the parking lot is completely dark, menu dark you can’t even see it to order, the kfc sign is pitch black. The place actually looks closed. Been like this for months. I had to pull up the menu on my phone just to see what to order. It doesn’t stop there though let me tell you. I ordered a 12 pcs nuggets and they tried to put them in this tiny little box thats not even big enough to hold a biscuit. It was so small they couldn’t fit the 12 nuggets I PAID $6.99 for in the box. They crammed as many as they could (9) in the box and closed it. They put that box of nuggets, a side of potatoes and two biscuits in this tiny azz bag: they put the box of nuggets in first, then the side and then had the audacity to throw my 2 biscuits in the bag loose just thrown on top. There mashed potatoes and gravy was nothing but water. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the 9 nuggets were so chewy I had to give them to my dog I have pictures of it all that WILL be posted on this KFC’s google reviews. This is by far the worst restuarant in henderson. Thank god Zaxby’s a REAL chicken place is coming. So many people can’t wait either. Kfc will be no more then and should have probably thought about that before they decided to serve poor quality items and horrible customer service. This was my last trip to KFC....

This KFC store is in dire need of New Management. Most of the time you can't get anyone to answer the speaker and when they finally do they tell you they don't have what you want. I place two mobile orders tonight to pick up at 9:00 p.m. I waited for 38 minutes before anyone even talked to me. I was honking the horn and and everything. Drove up to the window and saw no one in there. All the lights were off as well. It was obviously not time to close and the app allowed me to order. I went to Dollar general before they closed and came back about 10 minutes later to try and pick it up again and someone finally answered the speaker and said that they couldn't make my orders because they had no chicken. They would not offer any substitutions for anything and he was also very rude and would not give me the information to contact corporate for his name. He he stated he was the only one working that night so it shouldn't be too hard to discern. Which employee is responsible for this. This is not a one-off issue, this happens multiple times when I try to order from this store. It's very disheartening because we love KFC's food, but the only store in our town is extremely...
