I've been coming to this location on occasion for years, and they never disappoint me.
Every time I've been here, it's always hard working men and women just trying to make a living. I can complain about certain workers that take this kind of work too lazily, but I'm sure your own employees do that already. It's the nature of the business.
Firstly, it's Jack in the Box. If you're expecting a fine dining experience, you need to spend an extra hundred bucks elsewhere, and maybe, you'll be happy.
Secondly, the food quality is what one would expect: cheap and affordable fast-food. If you're expecting more than that, you're a broke Karen if you get food here and then complain about it afterwards. I actually quite love their new smash burgers and their tacos are always good. Point is, go in with a fast-food expectation, and you won't be disappointed.
Thirdly, this is a fast-food chain, these are men and women trying to survive on a terrible, garbage wage I'm sure this company pays them. They will make what you order, but if you're expecting a 5-star experience, forget about it. Don't expect kindness and fruitiness when you pull in at 3am in the drive-trough.
Shoutout to all the workers, because they make this location possible. The work may be tough, but don't blame your direct managers. They are most likely just like you, unless they're 50 year old's that just want to make your life miserable. Someone who gets into the thick of it with you is a true homie.

This Jack in the box is better than my previous Jack in the box where I use to live off. I understand you're tired at 00:00. I mean who wants to do graveyard hours. I don't know if it was my accent, misinterpretation, lack of understanding since it was early in the morning. I ordered alot, out of everything, just 3 orders where wrong. 2 burgers where not supposed to have cheese and they did. One of my muchie boxes where not what I ordered. I specifically special requested that the chicken tater-tot be made like the stacked grilled cheese burger. Just replace the burger with the chicken and tater-tot and everything else. They said they could do that. Plus I requested a strawberry oreo shake and just was given a strawberry shake. I am not happy because I was really hoping to try that. Instead I got a plain chicken tater-tot on sour dough bread. I am not as mad because your employees typically get everything correct. Maybe tonight was a bad night. I am just glad someone else in the family ate one of the cheese burgers and the chicken tater-tot meal. The other cheese burger went to the puppy. Read moreI put in an order through their app. I got there and they had $3 of the $22 available and no recommendation. I told them that was unacceptable and they continued to say there's nothing they could do about it. I told them to refund the order and they said that wasn't possible. So when I asked how they could have me purchase $22 of food, provide 6 value tacos instead of the tiny tacos, shakes, etc that I ordered could possibly be acceptable and demanded a refund they stopped responding to me... I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before they finally said their computer finished "rebooting" and could offer me a refund. I tried to call the location manager and they offered no call back. I regularly visited this location. I've had issues with them having their shake machine "down" and when I asked for a refund three times in the past the shake machine magically wasn't down anymore. One time previously I was given a refund because the person said they didn't want to run another cleaning cycle on it. I strongly recommend NEVER ordering food ahead if going to this location.
