But I have a Severe dairy allergy and they use the same cutting for meat and cheese, and they cut all sandwiches with the same knife 🔪 at the register. The knife is always covered in past sandwich ingredients and it is just placed back on the counter. As far as taste goes I would definitely choose Jersey Mike's over Subway but I never get sick from Subway and 9 times out of 10 I get sick every time from Jersey Mike's.
