Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Henderson

I stopped into Jersey Mike's Subs in their location on Via Inspirada in Henderson. I have been a Rewards member for many years. I had a Birthday Sub that was available to me, so I though I should cash in on it.

When I arrived there were a couple of people in line getting their sandwiches made. I was quickly greeted and I placed my order for the Original Italian. It's always nice to see them slicing your meats in front of you. The bread was fresh and there was lots of meat. They ask about everything before adding it to your sandwich. The sandwich was huge and very tasty.

One of my favorite sandwiches from Jersey Mike's is the Big Kahuna, which is a really big, really meaty and lot's of cheese Philly Cheese sandwich with Jalapenos. Yum!

I really want to enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but every time I try to stop in for a quick bite, I end up regretting the decision. Today I stood waiting for over 15 minutes while the team focused solely on fulfilling online orders. Not once was I acknowledged or asked if I needed help—it’s incredibly frustrating to stand there feeling invisible.

At one point I actually thought to myself, I should’ve just stayed home and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead of wasting the drive over. The sandwiches are good, but the customer experience for walk-ins needs serious improvement. Wanted to love it and gave them 5 days to respond to my message through their app, but they never did. Went in to support them and ordered a medium turkey provolone sub Mike's Way. Took it to go and when I got home opened it up to a bone dry sub (no oil, vinegar, or spices) and it wasn't even cut in half. So whoever made it put onion, lettuce, tomato on it but nothing else. Hesitated to even review here but if you aren't even going to respond to a customer service message sent in via the app, then both your in-store workers and your management aren't paying attention.
