I wrote this rave review about 9 months ago. This past week I was SHOCKED to experience such horrible treatment.....please read to the end to see what I experienced. Very SAD. (My PAST REVIEW) Conveniently located in Inspirada, this place is always friendly and offers specials. Our family favorite is the Large Pepperoni Magnifico for $9.99. The flavor and crust is amazing and it is the perfect size for 2 hungry adults! NO FAKE INGREDIENTS HERE!! You will NOT be disappointed at this location or this pizza! It's ready when they say its ready too! Never had to wait. Isually no more than a 15 minute pick up window! They will even give you paper plates, red pepper flakes; and parmesan cheese to take home if you ask! One word.....YUM! (SHOCKING PRESENT REVIEW)10/30/23 I am a super loyal customer and love the Pepperoni Mag. Pizza. I order this several times a month! On this particular date, I was having family over, so I called to order 3 Pep Mag pizzas. They are 9.99 each on special. I was told that they were on special for that price, but I would have to order them online. I was told if I had trouble online, to call back, and someone would help me. FYI, online never seems to work for me, but I said I would try ordering online. *In the past, manager or assistant (someone named Hailey) had to help me when the online didn't work. I always got my favorite pizza special for 9.99. This time when I called the store back, to say the online wasn't working, I was pretty much told "too bad. Sorry." I was told if I wanted to order it by phone it would be SIXTY some odd dollars for the 3 pizzas I usually get for 9.99 each. I WAS SHOCKED! I asked to speak with Hailey or the manager. I was always able to get help over the phone. I was told Haily said she is NOT helping over the phone anymore and she will NOT make any exceptions. THIS WAS EVEN MORE SHOCKING TO HEAR. So, I made my family a big pot of spaghetti insted of pizza that night, and all was good. UNFORTUNATELY, Marco's pizza dosen't value me or my family as loyal customers so..... I will find another place with good pizza that WILL. I'm not going to spend my hard earned $$$ as a loyal customer to be treated like "you know what". Read moreTake out is always on time, unless they get slammed during lunch. Customer Service is A+. My last order was sent out for delivery; so I waited for another pie, and 3 people asked me if I had been helped (I was sitting down alone).
After that, the assistant manager/manager asked me if I had been helped, She stated, paraphrased, "I was worried that nobody had waited on you" . . . She was so pleased that I had been. And I am thankful for the crew being a little disappointed because I had to wait and the empathy of the very professional asst manager/manager. They may just get five stars next time.
