Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food — Restaurant in Henderson

This style of Hawaiian food service just doesn't work with this few employees. It's easier to go to restaurants where you order the food and wait while they make it in in kitchen. I don't like this chipotle/subway style of service where you order at the counter and they pull some old food out of some heated tray while you watch. Yesterday there was only one employee and I needed three plates. She made each plate one at a time very slowly while the other employee talked on the phone. It didn't seem like she was taking an order. Just talking to a friend on the phone. After she finished the first plate and found out I wanted two more, she seemed angry. It's hard to buy food when the people at the restaurant are in over their head and don't even want to do anything. Eventually she went in the kitchen and got help. Then the manager sent her on a break and tried to ring up my order wrong. I don't understand why everyone here has to make it so difficult! Just scoop and go. Scoop and go. You don't even have to do anything. If you have three orders, scoop all the rice and macaroni then do the meat. You could do all this in a third of the time. Also, stop acting like jerks. Your attitude is crap. I'm going back to my old Hawaiian place even though you are closer. If you really want to do this style of service, you need to have three or four employees eagerly standing at the counter waiting to serve. Not one incompetent person who...

The food is good but this isn't the first time the messed up my order. The very first time I went here they didn't give me the extra sauces I paid for at all, the second time they didn't but luckily I checked before I left so I was able to get them. Had a couple of times no issues. Tonight however I ordered online and got a mini plate. I opted for extra rice vs the Mac salad. As you can see in the picture it clearly says rice twice but I got mac salad. I also ordered and extra katsu sauce, sticker says katsu sauce on top of the Teri sauce. I get it people make mistakes. Whats really frustrating was when I called so they could make this right all I got was you can come back for the rice and sauce, when I said I live 10 minutes away im not driving back for rice and sauce, they said they could take my name and I could come another time for just rice and sauce. You all messed up my order, maybe its just me but to me good customer service is, refunding the messed up meal or offering a complete replacement for the messed up meal. Not rice and sauce. I even asked, just for rice and sauce, and she replied yes. Based off of the customer service tonight and the other times of missing paid for sauce I wont be coming back here again. If you do get food here, especially online orders, make sure you check everything before you leave since they aren't willing to make it right...

The Mo’Bettahs Hawaiian restaurant has opened its doors for the third time on St Rose Pkwy. This is truly the best authentic Hawaiian restaurant in town and the food is so delicious and freshly made. The restaurant is nicely decorated in Hawaiian theme. The restaurant is very clean , relaxed atmosphere and very inviting. The restaurant has plenty of seating ,indoor and outdoor space, they also have a drive-thru which is very convenient. We have tried different plates on the menu, but our favorites are: Teriyaki chicken( so flavorful and it pairs perfectly with the teriyaki sauce, it’s a MUST TRY) and Macaroni salad are the best that we have ever had ( a MUST TRY ) . Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection , seasoned right . I was very happy after trying the Macaroni salad/ definitely true homemade ( not the prepackaged box stuff) and you can taste the difference in every bite. This is the way it should be! The portions are big and you will eat everything, because the food is beyond yummy !!

The staff were super friendly and we have received great service. We have felt welcomed!!!
