Starbucks — Restaurant in Henderson

One of the worst Starbucks i've ever been to. The wait times for the drive through are ridiculously slow and it seems that the people taking the order always have attitude if you order anything other than a basic tall coffee. They are also constantly screwing up the orders, filling them too full, or not putting the lids on tight enough which frequently results in spillage.

I thought since the drive through lines are terrible that it might be better to go inside, boy was I wrong. I placed a mobile order today and just sat at the pickup window why several employees walked by ignoring me. I decided to go to the main order window and waited there for several minutes while the girl behind the register continued to gossip to her coworkers ignoring me there as well. Once I got my drink they didn't put the lid on tight enough and it popped off and spilled all over my shorts and shoes. I looked up in irritation and just got starred at, not even a simple apology. These aren't just isolated incidents either, it's common place here. AVOID...

I tried a new drink. Grande iced almond milk, honey flat white. I added the sweet cream cold foam topping, it was spectacular. Not super high calorie compared to some of the stuff I get. But it had a really good taste. Not too sweet either. You cannot sit inside and enjoy your drink, but they are pretty fast here at this time. Usually they are pretty busy when people are able to sit inside and at that point, it's a little slower than some Starbucks, even when I do a mobile order. I can say they were good about giving me a drink when I ordered it from another place, and mistakenly went to this store, to pick it up. I've done it once, and they just made me a. new drink, and I left the other one at the other store. I suppose I could have went to the other store and picked the other drink up, but I'm not that dishonest! I'm a firm believer in what goes around, comes...

NOT BUYING HERE ANYMORE. I went for a drive thru and one of the barista/cashier that works here looks like she was under influenced. She was a black female that worked yesterday around 6:15pm (07/23/2025) I go here most of the time, everybody was great except her because she scared me. She was stuttering and very unsteady, she sounded drunk or in drugs, its like she was gonna pass out. She was standing close to the window asking me the same question over and over how my day is going. I asked her if she's okay and she said yes and admitted that she is stuttering. I asked the asian female lady that she works with her if she's okay and she said yes. I dont know bout this but I'm a nurse and I know if you are under influenced and if you are not...
