When we sat down as a family of 6, we were greeted by our server i believe his name was Jesus? Shirt mexican guy with glasses and he was nice in the beginning and later throughout our dinner. My husband asked him, 'can I get 3 orders of brisket and 2 gyozas' and he did not respond. We know he clearly heard my husband while he was changing the grill. After when my husband was able to catch him he said ," did you get that order?' Jesus responded with 'yaaaa' with a unpleasant unfriendly tone as he walks passed behind my husband . The server should've responded in a friendly manner like ' yes I did' or 'no i didn't get the order' but he just said 'yaa' and zoomed off. So now clearly this means that when my husband had asked the FIRST time for the briskets and gyoza he definitely HEARD my husband's order, but didn't even respond and acknowledge the order in real time and we were wondering hmm did he hear it or is he ignoring us ? But after he said 'yaaa' it was set and stone he DID 100% hear the order & my husband was left ignored as I witnessed it too at the time. Wow. But he shouldn't respond with 'yaa' and walk away. Like yes it was busy but he definitely could've gave a better response than that one word and walk away. Maybe say like 'o yes i did put it in' and then zoom off and tend to other tables or food drop offs. But not 'yaaa' and continue walking away. My husband said 'ay dont give me attitude' and he just kept moving like walking away. unprofessional. And we think he was irritated probably from asking to change our grill on the 3rd time (it had to be changed though since it was betting black & there was 6 of us and we were just cooking meats back to back) not sure exactly why he ignored us the first time though but it is an assumption. But if the server has low patience and gets irritated easily to ignore people when they wanna order, etc. You're going to have customers ask for many things left and right & a server needs to professional in a friendly manner tend to them Acknowledge. If he can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Maybethe food business isn't for him and it's not fair for families to have a bad experience. Who knows, if he done this to another family but they were too nice to step up for themselves. We did tell management because this shouldn't continue for another family who is there to have a good time. Unfortunately, this was our first time there & it is now our last time. But I wish the best for this restaurant. Loved the ambience. We hope him and all the employees can make customers happy and satisfied with their experience here with exceptional...
Read moreWent here with a friend of mine and upon walking in we were ignored and had to waive someone down to get a table. Host doesn’t even make eye contact or says hello and sends a waiter to seat us, who immediately leaves after we sit. I figure it’s just a really busy night so I don’t mind it too much at first. We wait for 10 minutes until a different server comes up and hands us menus then walks off without explaining it. We’re left sitting there confused for awhile until a 3rd different server comes up and asks if we’ve received menus yet, to which I tell him we have but we’re having a hard time understanding it. He explains it and we take our orders to start. Food comes out and it’s quite good. We ordered some sushi and bulgogi meat to grill. We’re ready to order more and it takes 20+ minutes for a server to come check on us. Food came out at a decent pace but servers barely ever checked on us. Then a different waitress comes up and tells us that we will need to wrap it up soon as they have a wait list and hands us the bill then immediately walks off. I just slide my card in the till and wait for her to come back. A 6th different server comes up, tells us we need to wrap it up, and I explain to her I already have my card in the till I’m just waiting to be rung up. She leaves without a word and immediately comes back and just walks off without a thank you or have a good night. I was really excited about this place given the reviews and the food was actually pretty decent. The service just really sucked and it’s turned me away from coming back. The water cups were also just plastic containers that held other stuff with the labels sloppily scratched off. And for whatever reason there was active construction literally inside the restaurant whilst it was open in the back where I’m assuming they had another section under construction. It just felt very unorganized and hectic in there. Maybe it’ll improve once it’s been...

As a first-time diner at Mura, the experience left much to be desired. My sister and I waited to be greeted by the front door for about 8 minutes before being asked how many would be dining. We were escorted to a table and quickly afterwards, a metal jar of utensils was slid onto our table. We waited another 5 minutes before our server came to the table. I informed him that I was new to the experience and he showed me the menu, the prices, and the different meat options. The person that gave us utensils walked by and stated that we had to leave by 9 in Spanish. They have a 90 minute table time, but I definitely was feeling rushed.
3 square containers of meat were brought to our table and an order of shrimp. We were not informed about when our soup would reach the table or how to turn on the grill. As a first-time diner I had to look around several times to see what everyone else was doing. Eventually another person, maybe management came and asked how we were doing. I told him we did not know how to work the gas grill. The gas line apparently was not functioning, but it was fixed. The soup came 15 minutes after the cold containers of meat were given to us. I was weary of eating it with it just sitting out. I've seen other restaurants on social media with ice under the meat and they did not have that at this location.
Once we got our soup and a person helped us turn on the grill we were able to eat. If it weren't for my sister being with me I may have left due to lack of attention and service for our table.
The meat for the soup was tender and seemed fresh, but it lacked flavor and the meat for the grill was lacking in flavor as well.
There were many vegetable and sauce options and the soup bases we ordered were flavorful.
I most likely won't return to this location, but I would like to enjoy this dining style again at...
