I came in today because I love their bread, but this visit was really disappointing. After I checked out, I saw a box that said “FREE Macaron for a Google review.” I had my one-year-old with me, and I took a macaron with every intention of leaving a review.

As I was talking to my baby and asking if she wanted it, one of the staff members suddenly grabbed the macaron out of my hand and pointed to the sign, reading it out loud to me like I didn’t understand. I was shocked and didn’t even know how to respond.

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. She didn’t ask if I planned to leave a review or if she needed to see it, just took it from me, which felt really rude and it was embarrassingto say the least. Honestly, I might start going to the other location...

The customer service from beginning to end was beyond expected. Not only did the employees know the knowledge of the pastries being sold, but they gave sooooo many recommendations on what to buy first or what you can wait on whenever they sell out of things fast!

The drinks were top tier and very favorable! We ordered the Ube Latte and Honey Lavender Matcha Latte and let me just say it won’t be the last time we get them! Next time we come back they suggested we try the Iced Tiramisu Latte and later down the line they’re going to be adding a Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte which I’m most definitely trying (:
