First impressions are everything! Especially a positive one and a second. I have a Starbucks that I frequent and enjoy quite a bit. I decided to check this location out to break from the regular spot and was pleasantly surprised by a few things here, most notably, the quality of care by the employees.
Both times that I’ve visited, I was accompanied by my 2 year old daughter. Whom of which found the ceramic cups on display quite interesting. Sure enough, one ended up broken on the ground. I was mortified and a bit embarrassed, but right away, an employee came by to pick up the debris and assured me that things were fine. I offered to pay and even upon insisting on it, they simply wouldn’t take my money, stating that it was “just an accident, things happen.” I was a bit bashful, but at the same time very grateful for that gesture.
The second time around, there were no incidents up until the very end, when my daughter had a little accident on the floor with her tummy issues. Again, I was a bit embarrassed, but before I came back with some napkins to clean, an employee was already there with a rag and cleaning agent to get the mess cleared. She assured me that everything was fine and helped console my daughter and I. I was just blown away by how quickly she showed up and I was thoroughly impressed and grateful at the same time. I finally had a chance today to get the employees name and her name is Maryssa.
Maryssa has been so cool every time I’ve been here and seems to perform very will with customers and filling the orders, even with a rush of people. This review was long overdue and I’m happy to finally leave my feedback. The whole crew is great and I’m glad to find another Starbucks that I can regular.
I recommend this place highly! Thank you again Maryssa for your attention to detail and kindness! It’s gone a long way for me :)

Read moreEach Starbucks has its own flavor. This one, at Pebble and Green Valley Parkway, is hidden in a corner of the far end of the shopping center. The Smith's is always packed; cars are lined up to get gas... but this end is preternaturally quiet. It's like a secret neighborhood escape. Only the true locals know it's there. I am entranced by the artwork. There's a really kewl mural along one wall. It's the Starbucks mermaid pouring coffee for the planet's animals, both fish and fowl. I really love the bear and squid which are remarkably realistic. There's even a yellow and black compass star embedded in the tile at the entryway. I love art so these offerings somehow make the coffee taste better. The shopping center uses the space in the corner as an outdoor patio. There are plenty of tables, many with Starbucks umbrellas. It's a great place to meet friends while you sip your latte. The seating area is remote and quiet, away from the cars and parking lot. It's easy to forget that you're at a busy shopping center. If you want an urban hideaway with Starbucks...
Read moreI went in about a week ago and my experience was PHENOMENAL. I felt at home. The barista with the blonde hair named Kaitlyn was truly a joy. There were quite a few people in the store including a lady that wasn’t too happy because she did not receive her drink right away, I truly felt bad, she was only doing her job and she was the only barista doing the drinks. I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit refresher with a splash of coconut milk and extra base and light on the inclusions. With the handful of people and I’m assuming multiple mobile orders, it took a few minutes but I was VERY understanding, it’s Starbucks everyone wants one. When my name was called the young girl told me to have a wonderful day and seemed very upbeat even after the Karen decided to give her such a hard time and be very harsh. And when I tell you I took a sip of that drink it was THE BEST thing that’s ever touched my tongue. So not only was the barista very nice, she made my drink very well. Someone should give that...
