Please read this review. I just moved out after being a renter for a full year. I moved here for the location and for a "luxury" apartment. My experience with everything has been terrible all around and I will never rent from these disorganized people again. Where do I start? When I moved in, stains that don't come out on the kitchen counter and bathtub that make it look very dirty. All of the cabinets were poorly put together not fitting in/being askew, etc. The toilet paper roll holder was damaged a lot where it was installed and they did a terrible patch job. Same goes for the towel rack. Besides this the shower head was not sealed and spilled water which had to be later sealed. The garbage disposal was awful and it stopped working. The cabinets in the kitchen were broken on the sides and pushed in. The carpet was poorly installed with big lines separating the pieces that were installed. The pool lights are on 24/7 which was AWFUL when it is shining directly into your bedroom making it bright as day. I had to put multiple layers of posters up to dim it but it still didn't work 100%. The lights are always on which I don't have a problem with except that the blinds are very poor at blocking light so you can't really sleep in a dark room. On top of this, the lights in the bedroom will flicker if you turn them on all the way. The light in my kitchen, has a total of 4 lights in it. The first one was out when I first moved in and then another went out quickly after. I called them, they looked at it, and said they are ordering another piece and putting it in soon. A year later, the light is still broken. The gate is broke all the time, it opens the opposite way so many of the people that visit are surprised and confused and one had his car hit by it. There is too little parking spots for the development so expect to have to walk from the other side of the next building to get in. The management is very slow to responding and I mean very slow. I was once out of town and the program they instructed us to use was shut down and I called and the phone number was shut off. I think even now if you call the number listed it says it is no longer in service. When I get back the rent is now 4 or 5 days late and I have a late penalty and I go to the office to have it removed thinking there should be no issue since the payment system was shut down, the phones are off, no response to emails, and I'm out of town. No. They say there is no excuse and that I could have paid. I even show the guy the payment system was still down days later and show him when I call their number (same number I used to talk to them when I first moved in) it is off, he changes the topic and says there is no excuse. Many other people I have seen have issues with this person while I am waiting to speak to someone. He is short with curly hair. Overall the management is very very slow to respond to anything and if you call and push the number saying you are an existing resident, you typically get no answer and are told to leave a voicemail which does NOT get responded to. If you push the button saying you want to be a resident, you very quickly get an answer. This is what I would have to do everytime I had an issue. And since it would take so long to get a incomplete response for an issue, you would need to go into the front office. Expect to wait up to half an hour to get someone and sometimes there is NO ONE in there. For everything costing me over 2k a month for a one bedroom, I would expect more than the minimum. Besides this, when I first moved in, I could not get wifi. THERE WAS NO WIFI SOURCE. I told them that I had a cox guy come over to set up everything because I couldn't install myself as it wouldn't work just to find out it is because the proper tech was never installed. Out of space. Gate/management/external cleaning/much more sucks don't...

Donât be fooled by anything the sales people tell you or show you. The management office is impressive and the demo units are in great condition but sadly, thatâs where it stops. The demo units are very different to what you will actually get and good luck trying to get a list of problems sorted out, you are left on your own.
Common Areas â˘The walkways throughout the complex are often filled with spilled trash and are so dirty that you would never know that they are a completely different color. Handrails and floors have not been cleaned in more than a year â˘BBQ areas at the pools are hardly ever cleaned â˘Main gate is often broken or simply left open for hours at a time and is a security risk â˘This is supposed to be a smoke free property but in the evenings you smell marijuana no matter where you walk â˘They say there are community events but management often cancel them at the last minute. Its not surprising because they have literally disspointed the majority of the residents â˘Garages are unfinished and half painted, very far from âluxuryâ â˘There is supposed to be an app where you generate maintenance requests, but it doesnât work. You have to to go the office and hope that someone will help you. â˘There is no cleaning team for any common spaces other than the main office and clubhouse. They should (at the very least) sweep walkways and wipe handrails. â˘There are not enough maintenance people, so anything you need fixed will take a while. Its probably because the complex is dated and needs a major upgrade â˘Lights in corridors dont all work so there are loads of dark areas and are often on all day ⢠Restrooms at clubhouse are always dirty and very rarely have bath tissue
Apartment My advise is to look past the countertops. Test the faucets and all electrical items like plugs and chargers â˘The ceiling fans are wired the wrong way around (speed 1 is fast and speed 4 is slow) â˘Lights will flicker on and off â˘Theres a mixture of warm white and cool white bulbs in the same light fitting, very far from âluxuryâ â˘Outlets donât all work, and donât be fooled by them calling the apartments âsmartâ. The only âsmartâ feature is the keyless doorlock. â˘Tubs are stained â˘Dishwashers are rusted and make loud banging noises when in use â˘Carpets are old and have worn through to the point that you feel nails under them â˘Management think all units have fiber, until you move in and then are left to sort out a fiber installation on your own with their service provider.
Employees â˘There is such a high rate of employee turnaround that you cant rely on anyone that promises to do anything. The employees that are present, simpley lie to you by saying that they will get your inquiry dealt with and then forget about you the second you leave the room. â˘In a year there has been 2 different managing companies and I lost count at the amount of employees â˘Expect threatening emails from employees demanding early payment or you will be fined a 10% late fee (contrary to your lease agreement)
Amenities The amentities are so poorly maintained that its very seldon that you can actually make use of them. â˘The gas grills are disgustingly dirty and seldom work â˘Pool loungers are stained and tatty â˘Second pool is seldom operational and is often empty for months at a time â˘EV chargers have no logical procedure in place, people keep chargers plaugged in for hours after fully charging for hours at a time. â˘There is often litter and dog faeces in the gardens â˘Tanning booth hasnât worked in a year, they said they were converting it to a sauna, we have been waiting...
Read moreI lived at this apartment complex for four years and had an overall terrible experience. FYI most of the good reviews are from people who have lived a very short time, incentivized by management, or don't live at the complex. The tour will be the only time the complex will look and feel as it should. They have specific areas that are kept clean for showcasing to new residents, but the units will not be like what is shown.
Quick Points: Pros: Whole Foods Cons: Management / Buildings / Amenities / Residents / Pets / Parked Cars / Rodents
Management was always changing and had the worst attitude. They were always combative and short when you called or went to the office. The office will only answer the phone for potential new residents and the multiple numbers they provide all route to the same answering machine allowing you to only leave a message. The office is only open a few hour a day and when most of the residents are at work. They leave the high traffic days for the weekends.
The buildings are very dated and they just had a paint job done to hide a lot of the wear a tear. In my time here there was leaks from the overflowed toilets of the floor above, the club house in the north side had foundation issues, and every summer the is an AC units roulette to see who will have their air condition breakdown. The maintenance does work that has to be constantly repaired, so you have to continuously make repair request. The maintenance workers are more focused on avoiding residents and fraternizing with the female residents. The unit's frame has constant cracking noises and there is mold.
All the amenities are also very dated and absolutely not big enough for use of all the residents. Security is non existent and anyone can walk in or access your patios on the first floor. Trash valet will often skip picking up your trash on the scheduled days. The security bundle you're forced to have is very unresponsive and a bad experience overall, it's a cheap product.
Residents were always smoking, even though there's supposed to be a no-smoking policy. There is constant speeding and the entry gates are constantly being repaired.
Pets are a big issue. There is dog feces and urine everywhere. There are many residents with pet breeds that are not supposed to not be allowed. Your morning walk to your car will consist of smelling your neighbors dogs and hearing them bark all over the place.
Parked cars will definitely be dinged or hit in the parking areas. I owned three different vehicles residing here and they were all dented and one had a side mirror complete smashed off from a driver trying to parallel park. Management was not helpful.
There is also a huge rodent infestation from the wash on the northeast side of the property and you will have rats in your patio or garage if they smell food.
I wouldn't recommend this...
