F45 Training Henderson — Local services in Henderson

It was my first time training at a different F45 besides my home studio in Hawai’i. My friend and I were both in Vegas at the same time so he recommended this studio. We went to the 4:30pm class yesterday and hit the 5am class this morning. Ryan, the owner, was nice and personable. Coach Ellis was also knowledgeable and friendly. Got a chance to meet coaches James, Sean, and Becca and they had a lot of good energy this morning. I appreciated their encouragement and attentiveness during the cardio workout.

The studio is nice, clean, and has a good amount of flowing air with an AC and powerful fans. There are 2 restrooms and they are clean and well stocked with deodorant, sprays, hair ties, q-tips, and feminine hygiene products. The shower is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

If I’m ever in Vegas again, I’d definitely visit this studio again. Mahalo, F45...

I've loved all my workouts at F45. The different classes keep it interesting and makes the time go by fast. My sister recommended it and it's really nice having a partner to team up with and go. But classes without her, I've also made friends. I've never joined a gym before because I was too intimidated, besides when I worked for RPM training when I did CrossFit which was a little too intense. Jill at the front desk is so friendly, funny and encouraging and I've loved all my coaches so far, Shannon, Aaron and Paul are great. The app to sign up for classes is easy to use and the "InBody" app gives you great insight to your health. I also got cool goodies when I joined, they also have a great social media presence. Definitely not another number at F45Hendo. I got a text when I was MIA for 2 weeks in the beginning from work and soreness. Haven’t skipped a week since! You’ll find the whole spectrum of athletes. Highly recommend this place for post Covid couch potatoes looking to get into a fitness routine. I simplify functional movement as 15 exercises in every class, no shortage of variety. Sun, Tues, Thurs are strength days. Sat classes are hybrid strength & cardio often times with a live DJ! InBody scanner is part of the package to keep fitness goals measurable.
