Showed owner a design I wanted said no problem. Nail tech said she couldn’t do it. Told her owner said they can and asked for another tech. Owner and nail tech talked over me in Vietnamese; owner told me she can do it. The manicure was rushed and the nail tech took over two hours to do the design, a white and black plaid. The black polish was streaked and the plaid was lumpy and crooked and she filled in line with silver glitter(not in the photo I showed her). Was charged $20 extra dollars. Paid for services got to the car and was very unhappy I went back inside to speak to the owner. The owner was busy so the receptionist said she would have her call me. The receptionist told me they can’t guarantee the nails will turn out like the example photo. Several hours no call so I called and got the owner. Explaining the situation she offered to have someone else try. Told her no either they refund my money or offer two free gel manicures. She declined both so told her I would dispute with my credit card. She finally agreed to refund the money but I had to go back and signed the voided slip. When I got to the salon she told me they can’t guarantee the work. I told her the nail tech said she couldn’t do and “you” talked her into in and if you can perform the service decline it or try but if it doesn’t turn out don’t charge the customer. She then told me she had to remove the gel polish before she would refund the money. I agreed and told her to soak off. She began to use the dremel and was pushing so hard it was burning. She was very rough, tore up my cuticle and damaged my nails. HORRIBLE service. I still have patches of gel...
Read moreInstead of getting a back-fill. I opted to temporarily remove the acrylic and gel polish from my fingers and toes. I was greeted promptly. I told the woman Exactly what I needed and she quoted me for 30.00. It was basically a polish change. She never said anything about 50.00. If she had, I wouldn't have been surprised at that price when I checked out. Ryan was very nice. He did my toes first then wrapped my fingers to take the acrylic off. My toes were drying while he did my fingers. Afterwards he had me dry my fingernail polish with the fan. Everything was very rushed. All of a sudden he starts doing a pedicure, with someone who was just sitting next to me for her manicure. They had moved her over and she was in the pedicure chair getting both her toes and fingers done at the same time. He came back to me and my nails needed more drying. He told me 10 minutes. Then he continued his pedicure. He never came back and left me sitting there for at least 20 minutes. The nail tech down to the right came over and told me I'm done. It was not right for him to not come back to me and finish the job. I bent down to take off the separating toes piece, to find big black spots on 4 of my toes on my right foot on top of the polish. I was so annoyed. He was so busy with his pedicure, I just walked past him. When I checked out. The same woman who quoted me 30.00 totaled me out at 50.00. She also put Oil on my fingers at the check out desk which is unheard of. If they don't see a lot of dollars coming in from you, you get left behind and over charged. I did not complain but I...
Read moreThis has been the most dissapointing Salon visit ever. First started off excited for my appt that I had set up on Wed August 27. Set it up to be with Marilyn who had done my nieces nails beautifully before. When I get there the lady who made the reservation for me over the phone had inputted the information on the wrong date and miss Marilyn was booked for the day. ( I was getting a mani/ pedi for my man and just a basic pedicure with gel x katseye with design originally but did no design). I trusted that I would be fine despite and still wanted to get my nails done. Pedicures were done and then came our manicures. My man's feet and nails looked good. As for me my experience was not great at all. Again all started great, I showed Ryan what I wanted and seemed good. One thing I noticed in terms to attitude on Ryan was that he seemed to be rushing the whole application process not even cleaning up the nail beds. Just wanting to finish fast. Then when applying one of the gel x nails I said that it felt like the nail and the gel was on my skin. His answer being that it just feels that way and then asked if I had ever had gel x before, I had answered yes and it had not been my first time. But it didnt feel right. Felt brush off. Finished off my nails with basic katseye solid color and got charge a little over 200. The nails pictured are my nails currently are 4 days later. Not even a full week. They are peeling, my skin is damaged on my middle finger, and already lifting. Dissapointing, sloppy, and ugly. Will not come back, and would not...
