I was so excited to take my daughters to get their ears pierced. My oldest daughter is 9 and my youngest is 5. Both were very excited but also very nervous as they don’t do well with needles in general. It was my birthday and I decided to get my ears pierced with them. My youngest daughter ended up only getting one ear pierced as she got very nervous after big sister got hers pierced. The staff was beyond accommodating given the situation. I brought her back 7 times after to attempt to get the second ear pierced. And every single time the staff went above and beyond. Offering her lollipops and trying all they could to make her not feel scared. Luckily after 6 months of attempts I took her back last week and she went through with the piercing without a hitch. The staff was so calm with her and were so supportive. The manager at this location is everything you would hope for. 8th time a charm for my little one. She loves her piercings and feels so confident. Thank you Rowan team for allowing my little girl to do it...

Amazing experience! About 9 months ago we got our toddler’s ears pierced. Rowan nurses handled it so well and were so experienced to handle little ones. Then my daughter lost one or the earrings when she was swimming. We went back to Rowan to see if we could buy a replacement or even a new set if we had to. They told us that they would help us put them in but that we had to make an online appointment because there were consent forms and waivers I had to sign. It was a bunch and they needed driver’s license and everything. But when I was done they not only checked to make sure her holes were closed they put in a brand new pair for FREE! I couldn’t believe it! It was so incredibly nice and appreciated beyond words. The nurses there are fantastic with kids. I highly recommend. FYI- for those nervous about the piercing gun they have a special pressurized one that doesn’t stick like the ones at the retail stores. Rowan is top rate in terms of hygiene and safety. My toddler is so particular and does not allow anyone near her ears. From the second we entered the Rowan store, the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. Maria H. was so informative and went through the different types of earrings and piercings. She was so patient as we were super indecisive about which style to choose. My daughter then proceeded to the chair where Sydney was going to take off her old earrings and put the new ones on. The old earring was stuck and we tried to take it off but couldn’t however Sydney was so gentle and took it off so smoothly. She asked my daughter’s permission every time she was going to have to touch her ears and their hygiene practices are top tier for sure. I would even say that our visit to Rowan store has been the best earring shopping experience ever. We appreciate the team there and especially Sydney and Maria H.
