Update 4/2/16 Good food, but they're quite stingy with the meat. Tried their gyro wrap, and whole chicken Ala carte. Having seen their extra meat on the side (now confirmed as 4oz cooked by the owner below) I added extra meat to the gyro ($4), takes it up to $11 bucks. Not sure how much meat comes on the gyro normally but this thing barely had 5oz of meat on it and was overcooked. So I guess normally it comes with 1oz of meat. Either way I felt cheated, again. Thought about trying the low carb option with double meat but seriously glad we didn't now, especially at $19 for probably less than 8oz of meat (check the other reviewers picture). Chicken kinda tasty, not a bad deal at $12, but it was very dry and they forgot the garlic sauce, had to go back (supposed to be 4oz as indicated online, wasn't. It's like a little dollop in a 2oz container, about 1oz). I had to ask for a few extra, even though it was initially forgotten, wasn't anywhere near 4oz and I had to come back. Sorry, won't be returning again, not looking for a 3rd strike. Sucks too, because not too many places in Vegas have Kronos gyro meat, but it's just not worth it.
Older Review Below. I saw this place and decided to try it out today, having recently relocated from Chicago, I've been looking for a decent gyro place that actually has meat off the spit and decent portions (real Greektown gyros) and not those pre-pressed planks like Yannis. Which you can get an Opaa meal kit in Chicago for 5.99 with the same meat.
Tried the a la carte gyro meat which is supposed to be 6 oz as stated on the menu... To my great disappointment, I get home and feel the meat is kinda "light". Toss it on my food scale and it's weighing in at 4.17 oz with the container and top on it... Not acceptable.
If you say you're giving someone a certain portion for their money, you should abide by that, it wasn't even busy to make such an oversight to short someone by a third of what they paid for...
Saving grace: The meat is good (to me, not my fiance because they charred it), service was friendly and got to try the tzatziki and garlic sauce, which were both very good.
I will probably try them again, because we're moving to the area, however I will be sure to check my portions prior to leaving.
Hopefully this experience was just a one off and not standard business practice, very much not cool if so.. Had to knock off serious stars because this type of deal is a serious pet peeve of mine and I feel even more cheated because the meat is good and I shouldn't have to worry about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt know if I already previously gave this restaurant rave reviews, but they deserve it AGAIN!! The service is practically unmatched anywhere in this city where youāre paying less than $500 per plate⦠and I canāt confirm that because Iāve never paid $500 per plate š The level of care and service blows me away practically every time I come here!! Made the mistake of showing up for my favorite salad on a Sunday, only to somewhat woefully respect that they even extend the care to their employees by being CLOSED on Sunday. I had to divert to another place in search of a fresh salad and the meal was lackluster to say the least, AND when I asked for extra Tahini dressing they only gave me one and some other kind of dressing I didnāt even want!š” Made sure to pop in on Saturday afternoon this time, and the vibe was just a peaceful as always. I love how when I order takeout, they give you a number, but Iāve never heard it called because someone will come from BEHIND THE COUNTER to HAND DELIVER my meal whether Iām sitting in the lobby or outside!šš¾š© I asked for no protein and tahini dressing and I was thinking I was gonna have to ask for two, when he brought me four without having to say anything! He even offered some fresh jalapeƱos made in house and asked me if I wanted one or two, but recommend twošš¾š Talk about above and beyond!! Please donāt be fooled by some other Greek place that seems to have a familiar logo or something⦠STEPHANOS is where you need to be for excellent quality food and...

Let's talk about their gyro - it's a work of art. The tender meat, the fresh veggies, and that creamy tzatziki sauce all wrapped up in warm, pillowy pita bread - it's like a savory, handheld vacation. And don't even get me started on their falafel; it's crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bursting with herbaceous goodness.
The ambiance is as welcoming as can be, with warm, earthy tones and a laid-back vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff? They're not just friendly; they're like the hosts of the best party in town. Their smiles and easygoing nature just add to the whole experience.
