Taco Bell — Restaurant in Henderson

The food was fine but the dine-in experience was wild. There were numerous people standing around in the parking lot (including employees) smoking, talking, and eating. There were six young boys who kept coming in and out of the restaurant, and they kept sneaking behind the counter and grabbing drink cups and getting drinks (and they would throw those cups away and come back in and get more cups). I planned to tell the workers that this was going on since I didn't think they knew, but then one of the employees saw the kids steal the cups and didn't say anything (these kids were also being rowdy and they had lighters they were using to burn the cups - if the workers noticed, they didn't say anything). When I was about to leave, an adult came in from the parking lot and went behind the counter and stole a drink cup and an employee saw and started talking to her like nothing happened. Waited over 10 mins for our order to be taken in the lobby. The waited another 10 mins for food then the food was messed up so wanted for an remake and two refunds for two transactions took them 15 mins for that. Manager making food was disrespectful and cursing everyone in the drive Thur line got there food before us. But they was also parking every single car. The production looked nasty. And stuff all over the floors. An total of 4 people walked out because they waited to long or they said they couldn't make something. An Uber eats waited a very long time to pick up order and didn't get it so they had to contact the customer and cancel the order. Definitely the worst taco bell I've ever been to in the state of KY. You guys need better management and crew!!! Also we when we're trying to eat an employee keep bothering us and kept giving us candy after we kindly said no thank you and they wanted to sit with us after eating.. Definitely won't be returning to this...

Ordered breakfast thru DoorDash, went to pick up order & lobby was closed at 9am, so went through the drive thru to pick up my DoorDash order. Employee claimed he never received a DoorDash order, then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t take my order there in the drive through due to having placed an order through DoorDash (which he supposedly “never received”). So basically refused to make my food or take an order. This made absolutely no sense so I asked him why he was refusing to take to our order, then he became extremely rude & claimed due to the way I was talking to him (simply asked why he couldn’t take my order, never once was I rude) “Steven walker” is he name he claimed, also claimed he was a manager when o asked to speak to the manager. This was at 9am on Sunday, may 1st. Taco Bell on green street. I have never had an experience like this in my life. This kid threatened to call the cops on us....
