Wendy's — Restaurant in Henderson

Let me say this is the worst review I have ever given and if I could I wouldn't give any or negative stars and looking at other reviews it's clear the management doesn't care. I ordered 3 salads, 2 were chicken caesar and one was the Cobb salad and let me say these salads were the worst we have ever eaten. The chicken was hours if not days old, super hard and just plain disgusting. Now sometimes not so great food happens and that I can deal with but what I'm not going to stand for is the disgusting attitudes of the teenage/ young crew that show no respect. Every single one of them had an attitude or something smart to say especially after the little 5 pieces of chicken bits on my salad initially that I asked them to put more chicken on since I was paying for a chicken caesar salad and the guy gave me attitude and said he wasn't the one who made the food and literally angrily took the order back, put more chicken on it and disgracefully gave it back to me without saying a word. It's clear the management does absolutely nothing so I will be contacting Corporate about this nonsense. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I DO...

Apparently this location is out of lettuce at night and they really don't know how to inform their customers about it... So upon ordering my $2.19 Cripsy Chicken Sandwich, In which comes with "bun, mayo, lettuce, chicken" if I'm not mistaken... and I also ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, in which comes with "Bun, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Beef Pattie & Cheese, I'm sure that's what comes on it... But this is what I get.... both Sandwiches missing lettuce with no explanation... the first time around it looked like old food was given, so i went back around to get proper looking food for which i ordered, but when I do get my replacement, they apparently come with no lettuce? Did looked a little better, but why did I not get provided with an explanation as to why there is no lettuce on any of my items at 9:20pm at night?? Waste of my money for not getting what I ordered, even after giving the store another chance to fix.. I guess I have to provide my own lettuce apparently 😆 😒 🙄 See photos... and decide... Ps. I'm glad the homeless guy i gave it to enjoyed it... Even the frosty was...

I have been ordering from this location for 6 years as I work next door to them. They have messed up my drive through orders somehow 90% of the time. When I go back in, it’s better service. Normally fast but some accuracy problems. This time, I waited inside for 3 minutes in line, but when I got to the counter, the guy said that he would not serve me without a mask. Since this was my first time inside in a few months I did not know this was a requirement. Been through the drive through a bunch of times but this time I walked from my office. I did not see any signs requiring a mask, just encouraging social distances. I assume I could have covered my face with my shirt, but he did not give any options so I left. This was the last straw and I will not be going back to this location. Maybe it’s my fault, but they should at least give options for workers...
