This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. I had an item “pulled” for me to pick up the day it was pulled for that afternoon a few weeks ago. Employee verified the item was in stock, and she would pull it. A few hours later something told me to call before I was on my way to verify the item was pulled. I spoke with a different employee who stated nothing had been pulled for me. I requested she do it if the item was in stock. She verified the item was in stock. I asked if she was sure because the item I wanted is a very “hot” item right now. She stated yes it was in stock. I told her I wanted to make sure before I drove 45 minutes to the store, and told her I was on my way. I get there, and what do you know…nothing was pulled for me AND the item was out of stock. I was told to keep checking online every few days as new stock would probably come in. I waited over a week, checked the app, and seen there was one showing in stock. I immediately purchased the item. I get the confirmation email and everything. Go on Labor Day just for all of the three employees to tell me they have no clue where my order is! I was told by an older lady that she personally picked the item herself, and remembers doing it, but “I hate to say this, but I don’t know what to say other than someone took it.” Are you kidding me?! Another customer STOLE my order I paid for?! Why the online orders are sitting on carts by the entrance/exit doors rather than BEHIND THE COUNTER OR IN THE STOCK ROOM is beyond me. I asked for my money back. I tried cancelling my order through the app, and of course it wouldn’t let me. The employee cancels it “supposedly” on the device she has in her hand. I have not received a confirmation email stating anything about a canceled or refunded order nor do I see anything pending with my bank. This is beyond ridiculous, and will NEVER come here again nor will I recommend this location to anyone.
Edit: I called the customer support line to see if my order that was stolen was indeed canceled as the in store employee said it was before I left, only to find out that SHE NEVER CANCELLED IT. The csr from customer support cancelled it for me. NEVER go to this store. They are inconsiderate, rude, and don’t have a clue what...
Read moreWe are regulars here. Every two weeks, we come through the door, The staff is amazing and helpful! Keeps us in business with the sales. I’m sure they enjoy when I come in there because of my obsession to fix the paint aisle’s, and they just leave me be to my OCD while my husband is in there forever. 🤣 And always say thank you when they realize I am back there bored to tears and waiting on The husband again! It’s great to help out, and be appreciated while appreciating what those employees do in there. Kindness goes so far in every direction. Certainly friendly and amazing people there. Well organized store. It’s clean and everyone stays busy with upkeep and the customers. I have seen a few employees helping people who have their children with them, and many or all of them are great with the children that come in as well. Read moreYou’re going to have a much bigger problem on your hands when you have yo clean up toilets overflowing because you didn’t take the time to find someone to restock the toilet paper. When the toilet paper is out, people go for the toilet seat covers. Toilet paper does not run out that fast and if the bathroom is being maintained properly, it shouldn’t run out at all. You pull tolls that are close yo being done and put them in the employee bathroom where they can help themselves if the toilet paper runs out.
