So ever since I bought three different pieces from here the first ring I bought, they all have the warranty on them so you have to bring each piece of jewelry in every six months to be checked. The first thing I bought here within three months. I noticed there were stones missing so I brought it in no biggie. But then every single time I rotten it back and sometimes before the six months I have had to bring my ring back because there are stones continually falling out of this ring. The last piece that I bought was a little white necklace and I bought that about 66 months six months ago and I literally just picked it up from them because the chain had busted. I know more five minutes after I put it on. I literally the chain busted again on it and I go in there to tell the lady and I’m like you know this is a little ridiculous like not that I pay for super high pay jewelry, but it still should be me just as good it doesn’t matter silver gold whatever it should still be made quality right? But she’s like oh well maybe you should get a thicker chain why should I have to buy a thicker chain? I bought this necklace it should work correctly with the chain that you’ve placed on there and if it doesn’t, then you should fix it not me having to go out and spend more money on a piece of jewelry that I already spent a good amount of money on wasn’t exactly you know a $20 piece of jewelry! I am really fed up but I guess I’m stuck for now so I just know I will never ever buy from Kay jewelers ever ever again not even their expensive stuff! Because it’s ridiculous that you wouldn’t want to be like you know what let’s trade it for something else or let’s give you your money back or something but now they’re just whatever yeah sure you know you had to come back five minutes later to replace another thing and now I’m gonna go another 10 days without my jewelry that I paid for. It’s stupid don’t ever come here for jewelry that’s quality...
Read moreI would strongly advise for you to not use this store location nor Kay Jewelers as a whole. They lost my engagement ring through complete negligence. My fiancée went through the process of custom making my engagement ring through another business years ago and I made the mistake of trusting Kay to repair the lose diamond that they pointed out when I tried to get it cleaned. Not only did they not follow up on my shipment with the repair shop/ups, but they also did not take my concerns seriously when I advised to them that my ring should have been returned by now according to the initial timeline explained to me. It wasn’t until my continued efforts that finally someone took my complaint seriously and decided to look into the matter. It turns out that a shipment of $15,000 value just went missing, unbeknownst to them because they do not value any of our most prized possessions. It wasn’t until today, with my complaint, that they decided to start an investigation. Had I not come in, my ring along with other people’s jewelry would have continued as missing because no one within their establishment had any intentions of following up on the order beings that they didn’t even realize it was missing. My fiancée spent a month custom making that ring, and in even shorter time Kay Jewelry managed to make clear that they have no value for that time or my attachment to the ring. They informed me that if the ring is not found, they will only replace up to the value of what was turned in. My value of the ring means nothing to them. We, the customers, mean nothing to them. Save yourself the deviation and never use...
Read moreThe employee that assisted me this afternoon, was rude and very unprofessional. The gentleman was very unpleasant to work with. I came in the store with every intention on getting my earrings that were warrentied, through kay's for the mistake that they had made. (Never again). When I walked in he greeted me with a smile and I informed him that I was there to pick up my earrings and that I had already talked to someone that said I could pick them up. Long story short, he asked how i would pay and i told him that it was a warrantied item he then proceded to ask me if I had the earrings that are being replaced. I told him that the mt juliet store had them. He told me I wasnt going to receive this item because he needs the other pair. They had failed tell me this when i called to place the new earrings on hold. The gentleman then got pretty aggressive with his words and I suggested that he figured this all out, he then snapped at me and said and i quote, "If you would stop talking" he would contact the other store. Needless to say I was very disrespected by this gentleman. I will no longer do business with this company because this isn't the only employee at this location or store that has...
