Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Hardee's in Hendersonville used to be one of my favorite morning stops for breakfast. The drive thru was fast, staff was energetic and made a positive impression.

When I noticed the drive thru was getting a face-lift I thought the experience would be better. SADLY mistaken.

Over the last month I have eaten there 6 times. Out of those 6 times, four have tested the limits of my patience.

The first time I ordered the ultimate sausage biscuit and was told the griddle was not working, then I tried for a bacon and egg biscuit and was told they had no eggs. Soooooo what do you have?

Signs posted on all doors and drive thru window say they open at 5AM. I went by one morning at 545 and saw employees outside smoking and thought how good that ultimate sausage biscuit was going to be. When I got to the order station I was told that they were closed and wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes. What??????

This morning was the final straw. All the lights were on inside, roadside and drive thru. I pulled up to order and waited for 2 minutes.... silence. I pulled to the pickup window and could see someone inside behind the counter. They either didn't notice me there or chose not to. I pulled around and parked so I could walk inside only to find the door locked. It was 545 AM with 3 vehicles in the lot.

I left and went to Bojangles a block away. I was met by a friendly staff who got my order right, and fast.

Customer service is paramount with fast food and Hardee's in Hendersonville has...

This is absolutely the worst Hardee’s restaurant I have ever been to I have went to this Hardee’s for the last three weeks to get a gravy biscuit and the first two weeks they were out of gravy when I asked if they were making morel I was informed that it was almost time for them to quit serving breakfast and it was between 10:30am and 11:00am I guess they haven’t gotten the memo that Hardee’s serves breakfast until noon on Saturday and Sunday then I went to Hardee’s just a few minutes ago and they have gravy today but no soft drinks and I am not a big coffee drinker and I made the comment really and the person running the drive through said well our drink machine is broke down and I told her every time I come to get something to eat they have some sort of excuse as to why they can’t give me what I asked for and she got very hateful and said that wasn’t her problem so needless to say I will not be going back to this Hardee’s ever again and as for the people that work there I will tell you this if you worked for me I would fire you so fast it would make your head spin because I am a small business owner and if you worked for me and talked to and treated my customers the way you have treated me you would be fired on the spot because when you have a business where you or your employees have direct customer contact you need for that customer to feel appreciated for doing business with you because their is always another place they can take...

Terrible,the order was incorrect. The cashier didn't know how to put it into register . When we checked with worker preparing the food . She argued about what we had ordered. Thats when we found out the order had been given to her incorrect . She came to the front. Tried to find a way to correct. My husband only asked them to make it two hamburger patties on a cheeseburger . A double cheeseburger two of them .We were told , you have to pay extra . My husband gave the cashier the difference in cash . Wasn't given his receipt.My order is sitting there . Getting cold. While we are waiting for the second burgers to cook Cashier gives us the bag of food . We leave,get on the interstate heading home to SC. Only to find he has two regular small cheese burgers !My chicken is cold and the crust is dry and hard .So no we did not have a great experience . Food wa we still got two single cheeseburgers and we're charged for two double cheeseburgers and I was charged for two double cheeseburgers so I got wrapped off where's my extra money I think someone needs to call me or text me and let me know what y'all can do if not this will go further...
