Every time I try to give this place a chance, I end up deeply regretting it. This is one of the worst 'fast, casual' restaurants in the area. I've been roasting in the hot sun for 40 minutes in their drive thru line, and I made a mobile order for easier pick up. I would have left, but the drive-thru is designed to where your stuck once you've joined the line. By the time I got to the window, I was dripping with sweat and struggling not to yell at someone, but I know the people working the drive thru don't deserve that. I should have waited inside the restaurant, but I figured after a year, this place would have it together. What you end up getting is never worth the time you spend waiting for it. The proportions are tiny and the food is subpar. This is not a staffing issue, it's a management issue. If you’re going to try and brave through their drive-thru, make sure you come with time to waste and a car with air conditioning. Rather the franchise owner does not have a clue of how to run an efficient fast food restaurant. The wait time is always ridiculous, the food is always subpar. I have been to this location a couple of times and every time it has been disappointing. Today, I had a short break and needed something quick, and since it is right next door to where I work, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered the new Smokey chicken sub and it was disgusting. It’s like they are making their own version, because it does not compare to what is served at other Panera bread. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt, but enough! Seeing the many horrible reviews, I wonder how long it will take the franchisee to visit this location and either shut it down or run it themselves. Two sandwiches on the order were wrong, I called in and was hung up on or the call dropped. Either way I did not receive a call back. I called back three time and finally got someone to answer. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience of driving over an hour from the two trips. I wouldn't have driven back if I was just apologized to for the inconvenience. So instead they get to replace a $40 order 45 minutes before they close. Management should definitely take more time on the training, I didn't think reading was that difficult but I understand that it isn't the cream of the crop working in the kitchen.
Even if your order has been "verified correct"by the manager, take every item out and confirm it is correct. Just like you do with children.
