December 9/2019. My husband and I are regular customers at the Four Seasons Burger King in Hendersonville, NC. We go there at least 3 times a week and have been for several years since we moved back here. For at least the past 3 weeks, it has been very cold in this restaurant. In the high 50's. When we went in today, both of the thermostats on each side of the room said 60 degrees. We have politely mentioned this to the store manager on several occasions and are consistently told that some part has been ordered to fix their unit. Today when we went in it was so cold that we decided not to stay for lunch. My husband, who has degenerative joint disease and is in so much pain all the time that he has a fentanyl pain pump, stayed at the counter to try to get the manager's attention to tell her that we wouldn't be staying or coming back and why. She apparently didn't notice him at first and it got to the point where he was in so much pain from standing and waiting that he asked her if she was ignoring him. And the conversation went downhill from there. He probably had an attitude at this point, but apparently she got one then, too. We went to the car and she came out to the car, telling me that I shouldn't be wearing shorts into the restaurant. I felt that was entirely inappropriate as first of all, it was my husband who spoke to her inside the restaurant, not me. And second, it's not for her to say what I should or should not be wearing. The fact is that it was 60 degrees in there and cold, once again. And the cold REALLY bothers my husband when he is in so much pain. Any manager of any restaurant should be able to maintain their cool with customers, especially in situations like this. It is unprofessional and inappropriate to treat regular customers, who have been nothing but polite to this woman in this manner. I will note that all of the other staff in the restaurant has been nothing but helpful...

Convenient near downtown Gas station 1 block down Hotels nearby Open later than most places I like that they have the old fashioned ketchup dispenser brings me back to being a kid and it was the best part of my day. Unlike McDonald's their ice cream sundae is $1 and their milkshakes are not watery. Their fries are always fresh and tasty. Taco Bell is right next door so I can grab a Baja blast and a double bacon King at the same time Best of both worlds Just make sure they don't ring up a single patty bacon king. The inside is open now was previously closed during covid Very comfortable updated seating Right across the street from the Hendersonville Mall Never had a bad experience here all of the employees are pretty awesome They have a family of white squirrels in the parking lot which I think is pretty cool because usually the only squirrels I see is gray squirrels I like to watch the squirrels play...

$3.99 for the Whopper Junior meal with two small French Fries. Total with tax was $4.26. No beverages ordered as we already had water in the car.
Fast, friendly and polite service. Our "to-go" bag had both napkins and ketchup. That's important to me. Forget the napkins, ketchup, or other condiments and you automatically lose a star. Food was cooked correctly and it was hot. Whopper Junior was tasty and just like it's larger counterpart.
No problems or issues - we were out of the drive-thru just as quick as we had decided on our order. Good job.
