The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Horrible experience!!!! I have been trying for two days to place a $2000 order. Website would not accept, called store and was told to try again the next day but that they should be able to accept the order. Tried the next day with the same results on the website...so I called the store back and asked for the manager. I could hear him in the background giving the person who answered the phone a hard time that she didn't ask who I was or what I wanted! She eventually came back and said that she was a manager and could help me. I told her that I needed to place an order, and when I started to give her the order she started having "trouble" hearing me. So I said I would just come place the order in person. When I arrived about an hour later, the manager was supposedly not there and the lady upfront was not sure if they could accept my order and that I should call back on Saturday! During the pandemic my company has placed several large orders, so I don't understand what the problem is now. I would suggest saving a lot of wasted time and heartache, and take your business...

I haven't had Honeybaked it several years. This year my first in the mountains we got a gift card from the in laws. I ordered online for early pickup. I don't do lines and they had a $8 coupon which is a plus. I ordered and didn't receive a confirmation. So I called the store the next morning to find out they had a massive computer failure company wide. She said payment options were limited, but they'd take care of me. This has to be a nightmare for everyone there. I did get the confirmation about 24hrs later. Upon arrival I saw the line setup that would give me anxiety, but luckily there was no wait. It took a while to process my payment but couldn't use the coupon. I was told I could come back with receipt and be reimbursed. I already ate the Awesome Turkey breast, and we are having our ham today. I hope all the Honeybaked employees have a Merry Christmas. Work is hard enough without obstacles. I'll be...

Often very crowded during the week for lunch. This place is popular with seniors. Usually 2 choices for souls. Ham and bean or Italian Wedding Cake were the soup choices on the day of this review. Ham and bean was hearty and tasty and did not skimp on the amout of ham in the soup.

Sandwiches are good. Good selection of deli meats or you can build your own.
