I was excited to take my son here but was disappointed with the overall experience. He wanted to play arcade games and we purchased a $50 play card but found that multiple games were out of order, but even more disappointing was there were several games that would still take your money but you couldn't play (for example the curved air hockey table did not have any airflow, so you received the puck but couldn't play functionally, and the virtual bowling game where you never received the bowling ball to play with). My son even went up to a worker to let him know and the worker told him he would come right over, we waited over 10 minutes and he never came. The claw machine also did not even try to grab a toy until the claw was halfway back up making it completely impossible to ever grab a toy. There were also machines with loose screws, exposed hardware which is disappointing for a facility that just opened. It’s a really cool vibe in here since they renovated, but they have WAY TOO MUCH OIL on their house pattern. My ball would not hook with my normal throw, so I had to slow it way down. This was frustrating to me because I have tried very hard to adjust my ball to go faster, so it seemed like a back track. I only got one decent game.

Took my 2 year old son here during the day for bowling and games. His first time bowling. I was so impressed with the customer service here! From my very first interaction. Someone greeting me with a smile and being so helpful and pleasant when setting us up for bowling. Even helped me carry things over to the table.
