Piggy's Ice Cream-Harry's Grille — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Piggy's and Harry's is a great place with excellent food. It's quite a place for American nostalgia with old signs, statues, pictures, arcade games, etc, etc. You name it and it's probably there somewhere. It reminds me of something you would see on Route 66 even though I've never been there on 66 other than when I was 2 years old. The food is awesome. The first time I went there I had a Double Cheeseburger with Mayo, Lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles. It was what I would call the delicious old timey American Cheeseburger which is just the way I love them. The second time I had the BBQ pulled pork platter which included 2 sides. I had baked beans and potato salads. The BBQ was delicious and the sides were good too. They also have very good ice cream with several flavors. Piggy's and Harry's is definitely one of my favorite places to go now. It's both a wonderful eating experience and a trip back through time. I highly recommend going to Piggy's and Harry's....

Every home town should have a diner like this! Definitely a "locals place." I went in craving a good cheeseburger and I got it! The burger patty was seasoned, juicy with crispy edges. The deluxe comes with lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo. You can get all the way with chilli & onions too. The young lady at the register was super friendly. Around 630pm and they were fairly busy. The menu is huge & prices are cheap! After your meal you can walk around next door to the ice cream shop. I feel so lucky to live near a family friendly diner like this. Everyone knows everyone and if you don't you'll still feel at home. The gentleman next to me even offered to pay for my meal! Thank you kind sir! I will definitely be back to order what he got...a barbecue plate as they look so delicious and many sides to choose from. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure someone is keeping up with wiping...

Good food very reasonably priced they have some kind of special each day that you can usually get for somewhere between 8 and $10 for a special which usually includes your barbecue or your ribs baked beans slaw fries and a drink Texas toast love the ribs pretty good when you've got the right people cooking they have off days every once in awhile because sometimes they change Cooks don't ask for a full order of fries and if you do tell them that I was told that a full order fries has exactly 32 fries cheeseburgers are great and so are the chili hamburgers don't have room for the ice cream after I end up eating the regular food so if we want an ice cream afterwards we end up going to the hot dog world on the other side of Hendersonville where we can get a soft serve cone at a reasonable price for a dollar 49 versus $5 for an ice cream...
