Peak Wireless — Local services in Hendersonville

I had taken my phone to several places when a dead android showed up on screen after dropping phone and was told it was a software issue; that I had lost all data and it could not be recovered and phone was not fixable and would need new phone. My service provider mentioned that someone had told him about Peak Wireless that they did phone repairs and could try them as last resort. Peak Wireless looked at my phone and within minutes thought they could repair it wirhout losing data and it was a hardware issue not software. The volume button was sticking causing it get stuck in the mode it was in and not be able to boot up properly. I was told to come back in 45 minutes. They were able to fix it by replacing parts for only $30. Geek Squad had told me if I sent it in to data recovery it would cost $1500. Peak Wireless staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend them for any phone repairs at such reasonable cost and...

Wow is the first word that come to mind! Had to make a day trip to Hendersonville nc for a Dr appointment and had several hours to kill while their. My IPhone 5 had a battery that was going bad pushing up my screen causing it to separate due to the battery swelling. My IPad gen 4 had a badly cracked screen and a home button that was not functioning anymore. I called these guys and spoke with a young lady that was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spoke with the tech and i was told to bring them in and they would get me done by the end of the day. Called at 4:00 and both were finished as promised and total bill was 165.00 for a new battery for iphone and a new screen for ipad plus home button repair. All looked new and worked perfectly. Called for a quote on a new screen for an LG3...95 dollars. Went the very next day, dropped off phone went back an hour later to pick up he then told me that he had sold the new one the night before and he had to put on used one. Still charged me 95 dollars. I was just happy to get my phone back. So I paid it...still cheaper, I thought, than taking it somewhere else. It worked for almost 3 weeks. Went back...he said that he would replace with a brand new screen for only 25 dollars...not a bad deal I thought. Went back after an hour and he said something was wrong with the pixels and he had to fix...so another hour and he hands it to me and tells me that it is fixed except there is one spot on screen that is brighter than the rest.
