Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Jada D couldn't have more rude and unfriendly. When I walked in she was"cleaning" the tables with a disgusting rag and then walked over and slammed a dirty bucket with nasty brown water in it up onto the counter. I guess I was putting her out because she walked around to the register and glared at me instead of saying something like hello or can I help you or even whatchu want After waiting 17 minutes at the counter for two tacos I asked about my order and she shrugged as if to say I don't know and said nothing. So I asked for the manager and she said "she over dere" instead of getting her. So I had to lean way over the counter and try and get her attention since Jada D refused to get her. The manager gave me a free combo but it was not worth 30 minutes of my time or being treated like I am an inconvenience because I want a couple tacos. I have never wanted someone to get fired but I am really hoping she does. I'm never going there again and I am encouraging my friends and family to do the same. The service is always awful there but today was a new record for rudeness. I can handle them taking forever but refuse to tolerate someone being a flat out jerk to me. I hope jada D gets fired. Went last night to get some food. paid for my meal at the counter and noticed a display for gift cards. Decided to get one for a friend. The cashier got one from under the counter and (with help from another team member) began to ring it up. Told him I wanted it for $20. The card reader said due $20.00. I put in my debit card and pin and it displayed "Transaction complete" the register showed "Tendered $20.00." Someone walked up (later identified as Autumn the manager) and said to the cashier "cash only" and began pushing buttons on the screen. The display then went blank. I asked what was going on? She said gift cards were cash only and that she had voided my transaction. I asked for her name and asked if she was sure because I had bought them before. She said yes, gift cards are "Cash Only" . I asked again if she were sure because I would be contacting corporate, she said "yes" I politely said OK and left. There is no way this is the policy because you can buy these cards anywhere else with a debit card, even online at taco bell. Terrible service. I went to the Taco Bell on Main Street right beside Krystal’s In Hendersonville.. it was about 1:40a. July/23/18. So I asked them what all do they have left that Could be made good to eat. He said o we have everything order whatever u like... I ordered a power bowl:chicken and a soft taco meat and cheese only and nacho fries. They gave me my food. My fries were luke warm and Soggy. So I gave them back. They needed to cook longer... They were supposed to had fixed them they were returned Soggy and overly saturated in seasoning. It was so much seasoning on them I could smell it while the bag was being handed to me. I get home to open my daughters taco with lettuce and everything on it! I asked for meat and cheese Only! Then my power bowl!! It was literally 3 little pieces of diced chicken the rice was in one CORNER. Almost no rice to be clear! Then more lettuce covered the majority of the bowl and beans had it’s own section. I get them ALL the time and NEVER in life should they found it okay to give me what they gave me!! I called 4 times they answered the phone didn’t say anything and hung up In my face.. Worst...
