Food is what I'd expect.
Waited about 10 minutes for an incomplete order and had to ask for a 6 piece chicken nugget I'd ordered. This is common place at fast food, which is why I try not to use drive through when ordering more than a couple things.
What is just horrendous is how my ordered was presented and the issues it had handled. Stuff randomly tossed in a bag and mislabeled, the name they gave me (not the one I told them - I know because I'm the only one in here and it's slow) is called, and then the person just walks away without a second thought. No confirmation that it's mine, no contact whatsoever, and as I come up, they say into their headset mic "hey, I've got someone up front" and just walk away and leave me there wondering. I try to make eye contact for a good couple of minutes awkwardly with no success. Mind you, this is the person they have running the front counters.
Meanwhile, I empty out my bag item by item because I can't find any chicken nuggets. I go through each item, and I'm just missing my nuggets. Like, it would take 10 seconds to check for them, and even less when your customer is there with a known issue to address, but the 4 people that can see me just ignore my presence. Why? Like, come on. I just want the nuggets I've paid for and are clearly on my reciept. Lol
Eventually after a few minutes, some other guy (not management at all) came in and saw me there, asked what's up, handed me nuggets and I was on my way.
This location has some serious morale and management issues. If I was the owner of this location, I'd actually visit and soon because these kids are going to run it into the ground unless they get some...

I'll just keep posting the worst experiences here. And before you ask, I keep going back because I will occasionally let one of the kids choose fast food, and they often choose Wendy's.
7/5/21: They forgot at least one of our sandwiches. I left feedback on the app and checked the box to request someone to contact me. Never heard back, of course.
8/9/21: Wendy's strikes again! Today I placed a curbside order, waited 20 minutes, then went inside and they had lost my order. So now after waiting the extra 20 minutes I get to wait while they make it.
How is this still in business? Wish I could leave multiple negative star reviews, honestly.
4/4/22: Another fun trip to Wendy's. I placed a mobile order which included a baked potato. Instead of a potato I got a sticky note that said "we were out of potatoes :(" (see photo). They couldn't even say it to my face.
Since it's a mobile order, they can't issue a refund. At least they could have offered me something in place of it. But this is the standard operating procedure here.

Read moreWhy is this the slowest Wendy’s in the history of Wendy’s. I sat in the drive through tonight for 15 minutes without a single car moving. Drive to McDonald’s instead the line was to the street in both of their lines and I was still out of there with food in under 8 minutes. I have eaten Wendy’s my whole life and never had such slow and rude service. The dining room is always closed. My guess is they keep cutting back because it’s not making enough money but only reason it doesn’t make money is because of how slow it is.
I hope the owner sees this and fires the manager immediately and hires someone who knows how to run a restaurant and business.
I’ve found the common issue. Whenever Lupe is at the window nothing gets done. She always messes up my orders is rude about it when we ask for corrections. When it’s the teenagers this place runs awesome.
Just handed me half my food and tells me to go wait in the parking lot even though there are no other cars in the drive through. I truly hope the owner reads these reviews. I’m a business owner and would fire this woman immediately they are costing you a ton of money.
