Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Hesperia

We were traveling to CA. & Decided to Stop & Share a Carl's Burger Combo. We did not want a Big Meal Each, so We Asked the Cashier (?) to Ask the Cook to Cut Our Burger In Half! Apparently The "Cook" Didn't Know how to Cut A Hamburger In Half!? When We sat down with Our Burger it was Only the "Top Bun" that Was Cut in Half, Not the Lettuce, Tomato OR The Meat Or Bottom 1/2 of the Bun WAS CUT! By the Time We got the Attention of the Cashier, She was "Very Busy" Chatting with the Cook, & She took our Burger back Unwrapped it Showed the Cook, ONLY The Top Bun Was Cut!? THE NOW COLD BURGER Was handed Back to US! I was Disgusted with The Way this Was Handed I Couldn't Eat My 1/2 of a Cold Burger & My Husband tried a Bite, but it was SO Terrible He Threw His Away ALSO! The Only Thing Worth Eating were the Zucchini & Choc. Cake Both Premade! The Tables & Flooring Were Also Dirty But It Wasn't SO Busy That The Cook & Cashier didn't Have time to Talk & Laugh with Each Other But Apparently Can't Even CUT a BURGER IN 1/2! They Were Still Paid But it Cost Us💸 for A COLD Wasted 💲 Cheese Burger! At the End of Our lunch I also Told the Cashier that Someone Had Dumped, A Lot of Used Cigarettes in the "Handicapped Parking place!" She assured Me "She Would get Someone Right After That, We waited several mins. outside B4 leaving & even after #2 Men walked Outside, neither Swept it...

Today walking in to Carl's Jr. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time to place my order. The young man that took my order was either still in his teens or barely out of it. He stood at the Cash register. Not no greetings nothing. Like most other places. His name was Jessie well that what was on his badge. I Place my order he didn't ask. I Gave him some bills and some change. He was as slow as a snail, Malasses, And whatever else you can think of as he pick the change from the table. It took a while for them to make my chicken tenders. As I watched him as he was barely moving. No smile, just hands to the side. Walking like a zombie. Well the kind back in the days . I ordered the bacon western cheeseburger and a Santa Fe burger. Unfortunately, after the first bite, I had to take it back to have the patty freshly made because it had been cooked several times or reheated. The meat was rock hard. It really hurt my teeth. Unfortunately, because I really love Carl’s Jr.. But the onion rings are fresh. The sauce was made to its perfection and the directions I gave them for the burger was done. . Which means extra sauce extra Pickles and cut in half. Now the guy at the cash register he was very serious couldn’t smile didn’t great people very interesting character . The other downfall is, I had to wait quite a while for the burgers to be done.. there was four workers and five people waiting for the food.
