Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Hesperia

I go here a lot and never really had an issue, however, the last time I went the lady that I see all the time came out to get payment (I am watching her) because she has my card; I see her walk away and I'm like where did she go!? She has my card.

She returns by the window where they do the payment for the card, and as I pull up to the window a different person gives me my card, days later my bank sends me a text asking about a $572.63 for ADT, I said no. Then they ask about $6.69 for here; I said yes that was me. I'm thinking I didn't go anywhere only here. It came to me (what did she do when she walked out of my sight?). My card got blocked by my bank and now I have to use cash so this won't happen. I never had that happen and I'm not sure how anyone could think they would get away with paying for ADT with a card with a name that's not even associated with ADT and think they would get away with it. I may have to drive to Bear Valley to play it safe. That's not good to think about who is honest when it comes to good customer service. The staff here decided to lie to me and make me pay almost $5 more for my order than I was supposed to. I ordered a junk yard dog and Chicago, both under $3 each if you get regular. They gave me all beef and charged me for it, I told them I wanted regular not all beef, they told me I couldn't get it that way and I had to pay more because it's all beef, I told them if I can't get it that way why is it priced on the menu as regular and not all beef and they said the prices changed which was also a lie because I have been here a few times this past month. They all come as regular or all beef and they're priced as regular. The staff was rude and obviously lying because they didn't want to fix my order. I honestly dislike the all beef dogs that's why I don't get them. Never going back here again, contacted corporate as well about it because lying to get out of doing your job and charging almost 2x as much is ridiculous. Hope the manager that was on...

I went here to get food for my kids. I ordered two hot dogs a corn dog, 2 hamburgers as is, chili cheese fries, and 3 regular fries. Also 2 Sierra mists, strawberry lemonade, root beer and a tea. I got 2 kraut dogs (my kids wont eat) a corn dog, 2 plain hamburgers, no chili cheese fries, 3 fries, 1 Sierra mist, had to order the other, remind them about my root beer, 3 fries, and tea. I said my kids wont eat the kraut dogs and she looked at me like I was an inconvenience and proceeded to tell me she refunded my krout dogs for the two hit dogs and i got the corn dogs but had to charge me for the ranch my child wanted for her corn dog. Honestly i had to pay 3 times and we left and it still wasn't right I was just done. Dont do this place.
