Rent-A-Center — Local services in Hesperia

I would give them negative stars if I could. I made a down payment it took them almost the 2 weeks to bring me my furniture so I was paying for furniture I didn’t even have...and to top that off they gave me the wrong size mattress and it was a safety hazard for my kids..been calling them for 2 weeks they still don’t take the responsibility and give us the appropriate mattress we been paying for..my daughter got hurt due to the Negligence to fix the problem I Addressed. It was a safety hazard from the beginning..I’m preparing to lawyer up or I hope to speak to cooperate about this terrible...

Horrible. Horrible . Horrible. I tried leasing furniture form this store and they said I have an unpaid account. When I contact corporate they said that’s not true . they even tried calling and the manager . He says well there’s nothing that can be done but corporate is telling them there’s no such thing as an unpaid account.
