My name is Michael Adolphson I have a disability and I have a electric scooter for my disability for me to get around I bought something from your place of business earlier and I'm on probation and I went back later the same day because I needed to charge my scooter because I didn't have any help from anybody I'm not from the hi desert and I don't know anybody I just lost my marriage 3 years ago and my ex wife just passed away in her sleep June 9th 2025 just recently but we separated in 2022 so I was not causing any problems and by law I'm part of the American disability act laws I have the right to take my electric scooter into any facility and the facility has to accommodate me for what I need I'm struggling just to survive and the only thing I depend on right now is my electric scooter to get back and forth to probation and the only place I felt safe was the Panera bread facility and one of your coworkers said I couldn't have it charging and was very rude I already had almost the same incident a week ago at the rocky gas station down the street off of I and Bear valley and I spoke with the manager after I left a message and she knows about the Ada American disability act laws she's seen my message she was very nice to me she asked me if I had an issue with an employee and I told her yes so she addressed it to that employee I know I have no issues bringing my scooter into the facility of that rocket gas station or any other place it is a law and that's the only thing I have to charge my scooter to get around places to the things that I need to accommodate me and my disability and for probation and there's any issues or questions you have you can speak with my...

Great Customer service, though I am still not happy with the food.** I have been to the new Panera location 4x since it opened several months ago. The first time we waited 25 minutes in the drive through, we would have left, but there was a car behind us and one in front of us. I thought ok, maybe still getting use to everything because it's new. Next time we went inside. I was surprised to see that the decor was very cold and uninviting. Small and looked like a hospital cafeteria. Uncomfortable. Waited 30 minutes for our order. The third time I ordered online, to pick up in the drive through. This time a 20 minute wait. Again only one car in front of me, two cars behind me, otherwise I would have walked in to pickup my order. Today was the worse experience. I was the only car. I ordered in the drive through, I had a question about a product and the employee had to look it up. Ok, maybe the employee was new. After 20 minutes I got my order. Soup was cold, but the sandwiches were horrible! One was a green godess caprese (vegetarian), it literally was missing the dressing, cheese and tomato. It had a handful of lettuce, that's it!! The other sandwich was a pepperoni mozzarella melt. I ordered a half sandwich. The half had 4 pieces of pepperoni, no cheese and a sprinkle of marinara sauce. Read moreSecond time I DID NOT get what I ordered. Second time the guy with the beanie and long beard helped me. Both times he was very dry, and not interested in helping customers. Both times he clearly sees the car, I have a rapid pick up order that's ready...and still no greeting for a couple of minutes. Now when you pay over $3 for extra steak and cheese...a half sandwich for $8. No extra steak or cheese. That pisses me off. I didn't complain the first time, but now it's necessary. When I called to get it corrected, Efeldia is who I spoke to. She decided to break down measurements of what is on the sandwich over the phone...but even crazier she somehow knew that my sandwich had 3 oz of steak on it "which is more then what should be on there". There is absolutely no way there is 3 times the steak on this half sandwich. Why are businesses like this now. And why can you not find good customer service anymore. I've been a manager in the food industry for a long time...I know portions and I definitely know when a customer takes the time to let you know you messed up, more then once at that, you don't debate with them about it.
