Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hewitt

Ordered 30 bucks worth of food this evening. One large pie and 8 piece wings. 1st of all , it took 48 mins, I know this because the manager David told me so. 2nd, the delivery driver was so kind and even apologized for it taking so long. Pizza was cold, cheese was very stiff . Wings did not come with ranch like I ordered. So I called , and spoke to David who was the manager, explaining what the deal was and even recorded the call, and he asked what did I want done. ????? So I replied, at least give us some type of credit. He said no, that he would remake it, I replied with Heck no, did not want to wait another hour for food. So I asked him 4 times to stop interrupting me, and explained that I understood that things get out of hand and also that ive managed pizza places before, and the issue here was, know it was going to take 45 mins to have it delivered, when we live about 3 and half mins away and thats with the red light, that you simply dont make the order immediately and have it sit there under the warmer for 30 mins, if so, this is what happens. I've ordered from this location on many occasions and, up until recently, they were efficient and fulfilled my order exactly. My last four consecutive orders have been way undercooked, but never to this degree. I ordered the garlic knots and, not only was I given the wrong item (note the cheddar), but they spent a total of what I would estimate to be three minutes in the oven. By the time I brought them the half mile back to my house to eat, they were no longer warm and didn't have anything more than their outer layer to offer the hungry mouths I'd brought them home to feed. That white layer you see on the profile of the right "knot" is pure, uncooked, squishy, slimy dough. The inside wasn't cooked at all; it wasn't a question of which knot I chose from the box, it was uncooked in all of them. My dinner companion thought it was mozzarella cheese until he stopped to actually taste what he was eating--yes. Raw dough. I'm disgusted with this location and I will be going out of my way to avoid it...

Thank you for not answering my calls. I ordered delivery on 10/3 from the Hewitt location. A lady called me at 6:41 and said she is at my apartment and I needed to come outside to get my pizza. Sorry I’m on the second floor and paid for delivery and tip. She then called 20 minutes later and could not find my apartment. Still daylight out and informed her first builds etc. then 6 minutes later some guy knocks on my door handing me a pizza. Not the delivery person just a neighbor walking his kids. I went down found the lady that forgot my drink. She must be living out of her car and was very smelly and in bad shape. I know this isn’t an employee or are y’all just paying cash to people to delivery. I threw the pizza out as it was already cold and nasty. Once again PJ will not answer my calls or return them.
