Navarro Discount Pharmacy — Local services in Hialeah

There was only one pharmacy cashier while the customer line reached and rounded the perimeter of the store. Many staffers would walk by to which when approached they would simply smile or excuse themselves by saying they were on break, "I dont work at the pharmacy," "we're understaffed," etc. Worse yet was the disdain and unprofessional treatment given clients this afternoon. I will withdraw all future patronage and current prescriptions from this pharmacy or any other CVS brand moving forward. I cannot conceive supporting a business with such lack of respect for their customers or who hold such little expectations from their employees. By rewarding companies with better customer services eventually Navarro and CVS will disappear from the marketplace altogether. We no longer wish to patronize...

My husband and I have been regular customers at this Navarro location for more than 10 years. Like every establishment, the customer service has good and bad but in this case my husband and I felt the necessity to write a positive review to Lisa Sanchez one of the employees at this location, Due to her professionalism, kindness, willing to go out of her way to help customers, always with a positive attitude with respect and education hard to find in many places in Miami. Los productos del lugar son espectaculares ,y el colectivo de todos los trabajadores un trato super especial ( ojo por favor:efecto hay una trabajadora q hace su servicio, colocando los productos en los estantes ,ella es de país creo Venezuela ,colombia , honduras quizás no supe percibir bien su nacionalidad .el punto es llegó al lugar donde siempre voy a comprar,y me dirijo a los tintes de pelo , estába está mujer organizando cerca de mi los estantes,le pregunto de favor q tintes tenían mejor calidad,ella me responde q no sabría decirme ,al ratico le digo mi Corazon del peróxido de 20%. Este q tengo en manos es el q se utiliza mejor ,está mujer con sus pocas ganas de trabajar con el público ,me respondió en muy mala forma q ahí en navarro solo se vendía productos, qella no era peluquera y eso menos un salón ,le dije mi niña no me respondas así solo te pedí una asesoría y me estás tratando mal. Me volvió a repetir lo mismo ,con menos conocimiento aún de lo q es trabajar con el público ,pero automáticamente le respondí q ella no era merecedora de estar trabajando en es lugar y mucho menos de q la haya dejado entrar a este país donde todas las personas vienen con deceos de trabajar , disculpen las demás muchachas del lugar y los jefes tienen q contratar personas dignas de trabajar con amabilidad.despues le hechamos la culpa a los cubanos,esto se lo informe a la señora q trabaja donde venden los cigarros y la Lotto y la pobre muy apenada me dijo,mi niña es una pena escuchar.
