I placed a delivery order over the phone, and when the delivery driver arrived, she called to say she was outside. I asked if she rang the doorbell, and she told me she didn’t know what a doorbell was. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a pattern — the owner (who appears to also be the delivery driver) refuses to bring food to the door, despite me living in a house where it would’ve been simple to get out of the car.

But that’s not the worst part. I soon realized they forgot to include one of my items. I called back, explained the situation, and asked for a refund since we had already eaten. They put me on hold multiple times and kept transferring me between managers. Eventually, they asked if I was sure about the missing item and said they would call me back — which they never did.

When I called them again, they told me the driver was on the way with the missing food. I reiterated that I didn’t want it, just a refund. The driver shows up at my door, knocking loudly (and actually using the doorbell this time), acting like a police officer and demanding I return all the food. She was yelling at me, accusing me of already eating the item, and acting completely unhinged. It was terrifying.

I later found out that the woman who came to my door was the owner. I called the restaurant to complain about her behavior, and instead of apologizing, they refused to refund me, saying the owner claimed she delivered the missing item and I had eaten it. I was honestly shocked by this response — especially from a business that’s supposed to serve customers.

They even had a third-party company call me, recording the conversation, and they continued to deny me a refund. They never apologized, never cared about my experience, and did everything they could to avoid giving me my money back.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The food is terrible, their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly don’t value their customers.

Gave them a considerable order... they were very busy so i had high hopes.... first the person who took order called back to make sure she had the right address for the order...was told it would take 40 mins to deliver... after an hour I called to find out where the order was... i was told he had left with 3 other deliveries... the food finally arrived 1hr 30 mins.... when i was handed the box I was expecting to feel the tradtional steam heat one usually gets... when i didn't i told driver is this food hot & is the order right? He stated yes mam... if not its on me.... well when we opened the food to serve it was cold... fried wontons cold... egg foo young cold... both fried rices cold... ribs cold.... & to top it off they missed 1 of the egg rolls the other 2 were cold... they also forget the white rice that comes with the egg foo young... when i called they didn't want to bring me the missing items that i paid for... i told them to bring it to me & that they should at least give me a discount for the cold food.... the owner said he would deliver it himself but couldn't give money back unless we gave food back... well he didn't keep his word he sent the driver.... when i called again he said he didn't care if we never ordered from him again because he makes 2000-3000 a day our $39.75 order didn't matter if he lost it... he is obviously young sounds like he's 19.... please know that I could have yelled or use foul language when calling back but chose to be civilized... Needless to say I don't recommend this place... owner needs to learn customer service skills.... the people I was visiting order often & raved about how they say 40 mins but get there quickly... they will no longer be ordering from them because of the service we received.... save yourself grieve order from somewhere else.... note the reviews prior to mine are 3 months old... business treating customers as this...

Let me tell everyone reading this something; Words alone cannot describe how amazing this restaurant is. I kid you not, I felt as if I was in some sort of dream, perhaps even a heaven, when eating this food. I felt that I was sitting down with the Chinese food gods, eating some chicken and pork that was hand crafted to perfection. This is undoubtedly the best Chinese food in Miami, perhaps even in the U.S. You can even call this soul food the way the flavor and deliciousness goes deep into your soul and kills away any and all bad feelings. After only my first time eating here, I made it my go to. I have had not one bad experience here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Thanks for making what I thought would be another Chinese food day into a life changing experience! This place will prove that love at first sight is real. Thank you...
