Dear Store Manager,
I am writing to share my recent experience at All Uniform Wear for DSA.
Within a week of purchase, the hem of my daughter’s skirt (size 8) came loose. When I returned to the store, the following week after the purchase, I was surprised by the response I received from Amelia, who suggested the issue was either caused by my washing machine or that I had deliberately hemmed the skirt shorter, because, according to her, “other moms have done the same.” This accusation was both unfounded and offensive. My daughter is 11 years old, has no interest in altering her skirt, and I strictly follow DSA’s uniform rules. When I said my washing machine could not have been the cause, her response was - well, there’s always a first time.
Amelia’s manner was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the quality concern, she challenged me to leave her a bad review, stating it would not affect her five-star rating. This is not the level of customer service parents should expect when we are required to purchase uniforms from a single vendor.
Additionally, when I mentioned that I also needed to purchase another black sweater for my son (the same type I had bought before school started), Amelia simply printed a receipt and handed it to me to figure it out myself rather than assisting me in finding the size. I had to review my entire purchase history before finally realizing it was a YXL sweater. At that point, I had to ask another young lady in the store for help, only to discover that, once again, the store did not have a single black sweater in that size in stock.
I traveled back to Miami two weeks before school started to ensure we could purchase all the required uniforms for my son and daughter. After trying on the uniforms, I realized my son needed size 16 pants, but the store had none in stock and could not provide a delivery date when I placed the order. The store manager remarked that I could have ordered online while out of the country, which may be true, but the only way to know my 13-year-old son’s correct size was by having him try on the pants in person. For families who rely on these uniforms, this lack of availability so close to the start of school creates unnecessary stress. As a result, I purchased size 18 pants, and to this day my son has been wearing the same pair to school every day.
I believe these issues deserve attention, both regarding product quality and customer service. Parents make significant financial and time investments to comply with uniform requirements, and we should be treated with respect and provided reliable products and service.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be sharing my review with the DSA...
Read moreUnfortunately, I am writing this message a little upset. This is definitely not the moment to write it, but I feel its a must because I was unaware of the policy of your store. I feel like not returning the money back to the regular payment method used at the moment of purchase and ONLY GIVING STORE CREDIT is very unfair. Its actually STEALING. I returned a pair of pants with tags on it just as I bought and I'm only given a credit of the store. WHAT IF I DONT NEED ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOUR STORE? The other 6 items were just fine. I actually need the $26.99 to be returned to my credit card in order to find a pair of pants that fit my daughter comfortably. The ones from your store are not the ones she likes. I have been shopping with ALL UNIFORM WEAR for a couple of years now. I always did so with Ibiley but since this store was a lot closer and had never had any issues before I continued shopping with you. Your company story is very nice and now its understood how its been so successful. Of course, your company steals the money from their customers by obligating them by just returning items only with store credit. Meaning, I HAVE TO BUY FROM YOUR STORE! I will make sure to clarify this issues with other people so they don't waste their money specially when the economy is so difficult for so many out there. My transaction was done with Melanie Pedrero. She was very helpful by helping me find all the shirts I was looking for. I tried to make the exchange with a young lady call Rashell which refuse to give me her last name. Its a shame being the store manager, there is nothing she can do. Not even an exception with cases that considering it will help the company have positive rating and more sales. There is always a way to make a customer happy. STEALING IS DEFINITELY...
Read moreWorst customer service ever!!!!! Manager doesn’t even speak English. Constantly changing prices since none of the employees know a basic price for a company logos. Worst mistake in my life was to have chosen this store to get my company logo finished. Liliana doesn’t know where she’s standing. Managers are clueless. It’s taken me literally an entire month to do a basic logo download into a software. When malls can do it in 30 mins or less, Not to mention that I come in 30 mins before closing and they already had a employee making sure no new customers walk in to purchase last min items for school shopping. Funny how the only excuse they had was that many schools are getting their logos done. Interesting because last time I checked schools barely change there logo it’s the basic logo every year most of them are already engraved ready to pick up and go unless they are running low. Especially when they first told me it was a 3rd party that does the editing of the logos in the program they use. Company needs to get more organized and hire a more reliable manager. Losing...
