Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. We waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to notice us. Manager was on phone, texting. The one cashier was too busy with an Uber order and telling the driver to call the patron instead of calling them themselves. They didn't even try to contact them and gave them wrong items on purpose. Once we were finally noticed, our order was wrong. Fries were burnt and burger was a mess. Manager does not even look our way when we ask what's wrong, instead expects the cashier to relay her responses to us (we were right in front of her and speaking the same language.) They forgot to add 1 more sundae and we had to pay it separately, and then the machine just so happened to "break." The manager had served us a dollop in each cup and walked away. I asked why she made us pay for something we weren't going to get, and said we had to wait, and asked the cashier to prove to us it was really broken... And what do you know, it actually worked. Asked for manager's name but she turned around and only took pictures of the ice cream we asked to get exchanged before walking away again. This place used to be cool. I know working this job isn't easy or fun, but don't take it out on the customers. Let the manager mature or change them and then I'll think about...
Read moreI ordered a large order for 8 people around 830ish. I gave the cashier a code for 20% off from the McDonald's app. He asked if the code was for the rewards points... I said yes. When I got my receipt I realized that my 20% off wasnt applied. I told the cashier at the next window about the mistake. She tells me that I was given just the points because I said I wanted it in reward points ONLY. I explained I misunderstood the question if they can fix it. Her demeanor and body language showed she was annoyed and didnt want to be there. She rolled her eyes and smacked her teeth. She asked her supervisor but he told me the same thing. I suggested to cancel my order and ring it up again with the 20% off and he said no. I suggested if there is some type of manager over ride because this was obviously a misunderstanding and he preferred to refund my money. I have never went to an establishment where they would prefer to lose money, food and have a customer leave unsatisfied. Why would I tell the cashier I only want points and not the discount when I get points regardless so that makes no sense. I will never order from this place again. Horrible customer service. I said Wow! we left and we could not believe what we were hearing.
