I am really in shock with the lack of attention these employees have at this location I recently started working in this shopping center and I have had a bad experience both times. The first time I went I dined inside. When I got there the Mcdonalds was pretty empty although the drive thru line is always blocking traffic at thi shopping center. As I approached the register 2 woman workers ignored me for about 5 minutes and when I said hello can someone help me a lady pointed at the kiosk and told me I had to do my order through there which made no sense to me since she was standing right there but I went on and ordered my food. When the food came out it was fine by just how she didn't want to take my order personally didn't sit right... Now the 2nd time I went I actually went through the drive thru. I can now see why the line always blocks traffice.both drive thru lines were backed up and no body was taking orders . Each car had to sit there while the cars at the windows passed before they took the order from the screen. Once I ordered and got my food I was in a rush to get home and should have checked my bag but I didnt io ordered a chicken deluxe meal #4C and asked for them to add bacon. When I got home and opened the box there was no chicken!!! REALLY NO CHICKEN just 2 buns some lettuce , mayo, tomatoes and 3 slices of bacon ... but no chicken. Lol I didn't know McDonald's now serves BLTs... so wake...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST experience ever. Starting with the manager who should be ashamed to hold such a title. Just went in through the drive through on 02/23/23 at 10:15PM. There were maybe 3 cars in front of us - no big deal. The person at the window was notably new, as she was unable to answer basic menu questions but we brushed it off as everyone has to start somewhere, right? The manager decided to take over and help her - even worse than the new employee. Took payment and didn’t advise us to move to the next window. We waited in line for 10 minutes with no notice or prompt. Finally were asked to move to the pick up window, with attitude, only to receive an incomplete order because the employee had accidentally put it in wrong. When the manager was made aware she said “well sorry, that’s what it is. You already paid.” We offered to purchase the rest of our order and asked for it to be corrected and the manager just looked at us with a blank stare. We mentioned how we waiting over 15 minutes for our order and if we could please just get the rest - this was followed by more blank stares. Frustrated, we left McDonald’s only to find that our fries were cold in the middle and the burger was NOT EDIBLE. It was like a hockey puck - complete dehydrated. Absolutely disgusted. That manager shouldn’t be running a team nor a store....
Read moreThis place has been here for years but, nothing will stop management from being the worst I've ever seen at any restaurant. The constant problem of this place is but not limited to, missing items, getting orders wrong, taking coupons then charging full price, bad/expired soda, and straight up ignoring patrons. As an Uber driver, they've had my order on the counter ready to be taken and delivered but, they had closed the lobby early that night. Then refused to let me just grab the order and go without waiting in the (without exaggeration) 10-15 car full drive-through, with the manager screaming at me from across the window when I pleaded for the order so it didn't get cold. He literally said he didn't care and I think that pretty much sums up the entirety of this one McDonald's and it's management team. I've tried many times to speak to them but, they are never around or they're uninterested in fixing the problem. It seems that management needs to go while cooks and cashier's that actually try and do their jobs should take their place. P.S. Check receipts and bags before leaving this place.
