Uhm - yeah - not impressed! Basically if you want Italian BASIC food, you are in the right place. Nothing impressive at all. First time visiting and the server sat us down, put in our drink order, received quickly. Opened up our napkin for the silverware and received food crusty silverware and napkin that had something all over it - like it was missed for being washed - friggin nasty.....Ok, possible simple mistake - 10 mins later, server finally showed back up and we advised of this issue - server replaced as soon as we mentioned it.....then left.....10 mins later again, FINALLY server showed back up and didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer/etc, just asked "What's your order?" - WOW HORRRIBLE basic services....obviously this wasn't the norm because others around us were being "served" with great service. Received our food at a good "prep" time and it was very "BASIC" - like others have said, chicken parm is made with BASIC breaded chicken patties.....The rest of the food was just that - blah.....I do NOT want a response to this post because I will NOT return - whether food is free or NOT....and whoever says that this food is the best is completely wrong or these "great" posts are being paid for...AND look at the "clean" plates in the glare of sunlight - not EVERY clean at all.....OH - and the garlic breads - mine was as chewy at chewing gum - horrible.....probably day old pizza dough turned into garlic breads.....not sure...

Really disappointed. We had looked forward to going here as it was new and several people had told us how good it was. So we arrived and got seated right away. The waitress came and took our drink order and we ordered an appetizer. We got our drinks quickly and placed our order. We sat there and waited and waited and waited. Watched multiple other groups come in and receive their food. After waiting 40 minutes from the time we placed our order for our appetizer which we still had not received we decided we were just going to leave. In that 40 minutes we were never checked on and did not get any refills on drinks which had been empty for a bit. So we got up to leave and I told the manager that we were leaving so to just cancel our order. She said don’t leave now your food is almost ready. I then told her we have not even got our appetizer yet. She goes you ordered an appetizer? I was like yes we did and on top of that no one has checked on us or refilled our drinks in the past 30 minutes. She then said well sorry about that and we left. I must say everyone else’s food they were bringing out looked really good. Wish we could of tried it but unfortunately we will not...

Went there tonight with some friends. I had Chicken Marsala, my friends had Chicken Parm and the Pasta Trio. The food was excellent. Everyone was very happy with what they got - delicous and good portions. I will definitely be back. They were a bit light staffed. They need a dedicated person on the register and seating people - the waiters/waitresses were handling the register (you take your ticket to the front register), seating, busing tables and the usual waiting. A couple more people would have made things go smoother and not have had delays (we had to wait a while to put in our order). I don't blame the staff - they just didn't have enough staff on hand. The waitress was friendly and knowledgable. One thing to note - they do NOT have a liquor license so it is BYOB (heard they gave out a glass of complimentary wine but they are not doing that - not sure if it was just a rumor or they started doing it and discontinued but if you want wine, etc. with your dinner bring your own).
