Food was good but as soon as the guy up front took our order he took off and was on phone (maybe emergency?🥸 we will never know), anyways my boyfriend just was trying to change his fries before they made them and ask for extra tzatziki sauce, he finally got someone’s attention, even after telling him about the fries they gave him the ones he didn’t want and the guy cooking the food threw the tzatziki sauce across the thing with the food in it as if he had an attitude. I’m truly proud of my boyfriend because use to he would go off but he just looked at me and went and sat down. I wanted to go off for him, but it wouldn’t have been lady like. Just not going back. This establishment could really take pointers from the Arby’s in MORGANTON, NC. They have customer service and the operation down pat. Read moreMy mother and I stopped into this location and we hit the drive through and walk in checkout separately. The staff at this location were casual yet cordial and the checkout and drive-thru were very quick (I had only just pulled my card out of them machine as they were handing me the bag of four roast beef sandwiches). I had forgotten to get some sauces for our sandwiches, and my mom had chosen crinkle fries instead of curly (which the crinkle are still quite good, but it is Arby's after all), So we swung back around and hit the drive-thru a second time and ordered a large curly fry and requested "plenty of Arby's and Horsey sauce" and we were definitely not disappointed. Overall, this whole ordeal of making the initial order, realizing we forgot in the sauces, swinging back around and making the second order, only took a total of ~5 minutes.
TLDR: The staff at this location are casual yet cordial, and quite considerate. Our check out process was very quick (Even with us having to swing around a second time due to our forgetfulness). And our experience overall was very positive.

Read moreIt's kind of bad when you walk into a restaurant like Arby's and the first thing you smell instead of food is weed.. also after getting past this you have floors that looks grimy and dirty..why would I want to continue eating at a place I enjoyed when you don't get the service you need due to it's not being enough staff at night and during the day to many employees stand around talking on the phones instead of taking your orders and getting the customers out the door satisfied with their meals . Management is so lacks in their handling of this type of situation that I wonder why it's even open..the other Arby's I have visited was nothing like this one . I continue coming back to see if things has changed after the remodeling of the place but yet it hasn't and this was a convenient place for me to stop and order food before heading into work .
