I've just recently moved to this side of town and the three times I've been to this location have always resulted in missing items, atrocious food, and horrible service. The most recent time I downloaded and used the app hoping it would make service faster. I was wrong. It still took over 45 minutes to get my order. After waiting at the pull-up window for over 10 minutes I was finally greeted by an employee that had no idea what I had ordered and she asked me to pull around to the other side of the building. Here I waited an additional 30 minutes before finally receiving my order. I quickly checked the bag and notice my sauce is missing also the drink with my combo was not delivered. I told the associate and she said she'd be right back with my drink and sauces. I waited 20 more minutes and she never returned. I never did receive my drink or sauceand after waiting an additional 20 minutes for the associate to return I eventually left in frustration. I never received my drink with my combo and also didn't receive the sauces that are supposed to be included with the meal nor did I receive the sauces that I paid extra for. The only thing I ended up eating was half of the Bacon Melt and 6 hours later I woke up and was vomiting and sweating from what could only be food poisoning. Read moreSeriously disappointed. We came through drive through and was told to pull around to the front double doors for our food. Several other cars pulled up next to us and was also waiting for their food. An employee came out with an order and handed to the car next to us. That car started digging through and handing food to their kids in the back then they realize it wasn't their food and started looking confused. We realized it was our order as the passenger was pulling out the rest of the orders looking more confused. The employee came out with more orders and approached our car asking what we ordered. When we told her, she knew she have handed our food to the wrong car. She went back to their car and tried to hand us the food they were digging through and handed it us. I told her we saw them digging through the food already and we'd like new ones. The employee took the food back into the restaurant and as we watched, she just repacked the food into a new bags, came out, handed it us, and quickly walked away before we could say anything. Read moreYou can have it your way here as long as you ask for it how it comes don’t ask for anything to be changed on your burger it won’t happen make sure you have your desserts here before you drive away if you call you have to bring the entire order back and show them you don’t have it or if they mess something up they will not take responsibility if you can’t come back up there right then. They will ask you to keep it till the next day so you can bring it back and they can verify what they missed on your order. So you have to hold onto food and not eat that night until your able to go back up and show them where they messed up. Treating you as if you are lying. No apologies when you call if you can actually get through without the fax machine picking up and blasting in your ear.
