Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hickory

I loveeee this place! I recently became a dunking fan instead of Starbucks! They are much more inexpensive the cups are bigger the drinks are delicious their breakfast is better and ten times cheaper!! All around it’s great.. I don’t like that my donuts are never hot when they come out and that u have to wait a long time in the line… I know that around the time people are going to work and stuff that it’s probably just over load of orders but I think they need some more employees I would love to stop all the time on my way to work but last time I barely made it to work in time because I was in line for ten minutes… I think this is mainly a staffing issue is what I assume. So hopefully they will hire some more help! Other than that I love dunkin! I think that I’ll probably try to start mobile ordering and see if I can get in faster because the line I’m sitting in right now is taking a very very long time….but I’ll keep coming just can’t come as much as I would like because I can’t wait 10-20mins.. I’ve had to leave and just go to Starbucks across the street a few times now…. I go to this store all the time through the week and no longer have issues with drinks being made wrong...Normally great staff. Today is a sunday and we went and ordered 3 coffees. One requested to be made with oat milk. Well the girl (Natasha im pretty sure was her name) made it wrong and when we asked she had attitude then argued with me saying it couldnt be made with oatmilk trying to hand me the drink thats wrong.. me knowing you just replace the cream for oatmilk i told her i wanted it remade. I was being decent about it and not arguing back simply telling her we wanted it made correctly. She then rolled her eyes at me closed the window and clearly was complaining to the other employee. She had attitude on the speaker as well. And then when i asked her name she refused to give it to meso i asked the other person working there at the time. Im sorry if you are having a bad day or hate your job but you dont take it out on...

The manager (michelle) at this location has an attitude problem. I have certain health issues that require me to be able to get certain nutritional information and when asked for it, she could not provide me any nutritional information or allergen information and then told me to get out when I told her it was required by law to have a nutritional guidebook and told me i was disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!!! This manager needs to be fired. As someone who's worked in food service for 7 years myself and been a manager, there's ZERO reason to behave this way to a customer. If you cant provide information you are REQUIRED to provide, then maybe you should address this issue before someone ends up in the hospital. I will NEVER return to this location, as getting completely disrespected and yelled at and then ignored at 730 in the morning...
