Dragon Wok Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in High Point

I was very disappointed in their customer service and lack of professionalism. Ordered their food for the first time today worth $32. When I opened it at home I had the same dish packed for two different orders. Looked the same, tasted the same. I immediately called the place knowing it was an error so that I could have my second dish as ordered. I had to go through 3 different people before the main owner came on the phone and spent 5 min arguing with me, on how I could be wrong. Finally he asked me to bring both boxes in (so he could check!) and asked if I would be buying the new order!! I was already quite infuriated by then. I brought in both boxes and the owner admitted that the appearance was the same but insisted that these were different orders. I then asked him to taste them and sure enough he couldn't tell me which order was schezuan chicken and which one was garlic chicken. I couldn't believe his guts, that he still wouldn't admit they made an error. By this time I had, had enough and asked them to refund our order and keep the boxes. That is exactly what they did with no apologies or rectification whatsoever!! If they had accepted, apologized and replaced my dish, really that was all that was needed. Order a huge order tonight. Spent lots of money between two families. Once we picked up the order and got it home, we realized there was some errors in the order. Three items we ordered( pork fried rice, egg rolls) were not in the bag. Then two things we ordered(broccoli in garlic sauce and chicken and broccoli), was not what we ordered. The broccoli in garlic sauce was just regular chicken and broccoli and the the chicken and broccoli we ordered was a veggie mix dish. The shrimp chow neon literally had two( 1...2...) shrimp! So we called to explain and the rude owner lady literally argued with us. Told us we lied, she put everything in the order. She refused to fix their mistake. We literally spent $90 on their food and we basically got what we got. She would “give” us the missing food and “ fix” the mix up but charge us for it. Are you KIDDING ME! They messed up our order, told us we lied to try and get free food, then argued with us about it! Never will order from this place again! Absolutely Rude, poor business practice. My wife has a close friend who lives near Dragon Wok in High Point. My wife’s friend used to order food from them and they would share it together. I’ve tried Dragon Wok twice. The food is actually pretty good.... but the guy with glasses is extremely weird. The last time my wife and her friend ordered, I came with them. I said hello to the guy with glasses and he just snarled at me and he showed me his teeth. He looked really angry... I don’t understand why he looked at me so hatefully. All I was doing was saying hello. I gave them a tip after we paid and I told him “have a nice day” and he gave me a very creepy look. He actually kind of scared my wife. Since the last time we visited, we have heard horrible things about the guy with glasses that works here. I’ve heard people say he has thrown sauce at them, and one guy told me he screamed at him because he asked him to give him extra sauce.

I would personally recommend going somewhere else. It might be in your best interest to just ignore Dragon Wok and pretend it doesn’t exist, even though the food is decent. I’ve heard too many awful things about that guy...
