Big Lots — Local services in High Point

My son and I stopped by here around 1:40pm on a Sunday afternoon to look for a couch and a desk for my new work office. I instantly noticed Christmas and Halloween decor. The store was decent sized. I thought it was the same one I bought my living room furniture from a couple years ago but it was actually the other big lots in High Point. The selection jefe was limited. It had many sectionals. The couches were too firm, in my opinion, and not comfy. I didn’t see any desk, at least that were already put together. There was many things on clearance and ample sales going on. Unfortunately, I don’t see anything for my purpose of coming...

This was one of the best Big lots I've been to in this country and I've been to a lot of them throughout the US. The young gentleman working the counter was very polite and quite helpful and for the usual Big lots it was very clean and kept up with and didn't give you a feel that you were in a second hand shop like the majority of the other ones do. I wish I would have had more time to have both around and shocked and find some good deals but unfortunately we did not have the time. But, we will be making our way back there soon to look around and see what more the store...

Horrendous Customer Service had multiple employees just staring at us while we asked for a Cart to return our Bed , had to ask multiple Times and had a long wait young man upfront understandably could not just leave the front registers and no one else helped us with quite literally two other customers in the entire store Lady working in the Bed section was very rude and instead of getting us adequate change for our return from the safe or other registers , forced us to do a return on our credit card even though we paid cash , horrible customer service and Non...
