I have been to Wine and Design Jamestown many times and had a great experience over the last several years. The last time I went was about a year ago for my best friend's bachelorette party, after it had changed ownership. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. I tried to use gift cards which I was told couldn't be used for a party. The artist, and owner, Caitlin was not very helpful and ignored some of the party guests who were having trouble with the painting, even after they expressed their frustration. I tried to go again and give them another chance under the new owners about a month ago with my best friend. I was told by Caitlin, (one of the owners), my gift cards (same ones I tried to use previously), were no longer accepted and I could not use them. They were the "old ones". My gift cards did not have an expiration date on them, and I had not received any email or notification that I had to use them by a certain date. I'm not saying they should serve wine or food but some plates, cups, napkins, water in a pitcher or ice would be nice so the customers dont have to carry so much. Maybe some...

Right now they are offering Zoom classes where you pick up your canvas and paints at the studio and then the class is held live online as well as on demand classes that are pre-recorded. They are also starting to have in person classes with a smaller class size. Masks are required for those. I drive from Greensboro to Jamestown to go to this location because I've always had such good experiences. Well...
