I placed a mobile order through my McDonalds App & sent my husband to go get our food. We ordered a 40 Piece McNugget, 2 McChickens, 2 McDoubles, and a Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich. Upon arriving home to sit down and eat, there was only one box of nuggets. My husband drove back (less than 5 minutes from our house) and told them about the missing box. They told my husband without a receipt (which they did not give us) or the food they couldn’t refund our money OR give us the nuggets they forgot to begin with. They told him he has to wait to call corporate tomorrow to handle the situation. So now my husband won’t be able to eat tonight. Additionally, all 3 of the chicken sandwiches were overcooked. So badly that two others in my family will also go to bed hungry tonight. I’ve gone to this McDonald’s in the past and it has always been a bad experience, forgetting part of the order, preparing the food wrong (we’re talking something as simple as asking for a plain sandwich and getting one fully loaded btw), nasty attitudes... such a disappointing experience. Read moreI try to avoid this location because the service is consistently terrible. After ordering via the mobile app I arrived to a backed up drive thru the was moving at a snails pace. The drive through agent that took my mobile app info was professional and efficient. As I arrived at the food pickup window I could hear at least three staff laughing and giggling behind a tinted drive through window. Window stayed closed for 2-3 minutes before my food was projected into my direction. Window slammed shut after a “here you go.” The same young lady reappeared and said, “the coffee machine had to be restarted” so she asked my to pull up to window 2. I waited for 7 minutes before pulling into a parking spot and walking inside to find my iced mocha sitting on the counter unattended and as I approached the counter the Manager said, “oh the mocha…I forgot.” Why are we paying cuisine prices for trashy food and drinks that is certainly never fast!? Read moreThe only reason I’m giving this location a star is so I can leave this review. My husband went to pick up lunch today, and—like most visits during the day shift—the staff was rude and disrespectful.
After going through the drive-thru, the employee practically threw his order at him but didn’t give him his drink. He parked and went inside to ask for it, only to witness something absolutely unacceptable: the employee threw his drink in the trash behind the counter. When he asked for his missing drink, she actually retrieved the cup from the trash and tried to hand it to him as if that was perfectly normal. Even worse, the manager stood there watching the whole thing and said nothing. When my husband refused the drink and called her out, she denied ever pulling it from the trash—as if he hadn’t just watched her do it with his own eyes.
This is beyond poor service—it’s unsanitary, unsafe, and shows total disregard for customers. Completely unacceptable behavior from both the staff and the so-called management. Something seriously needs to change at...
