I’ve never been more let down by a burger. It’s a frozen patty (similar to bubbaburger in taste) not handmade or fresh ground that once “smashed” loses what little flavor it had. So dry and flavorless (mostly char) it’s inedible and I don’t turn away a burger ever. My friend said he could see how dry it was without even trying it. Bun was dry and hard, fries were okay. Overall I regret spending the $40 I did to feed 3 people.
Lady at the counter just makes ordering more confusing and did so for the 2 others with me.
