I did a mobile order for two of the new Blu Zalads one was with grilled the other with fried chicken. Per the app only the fried is to recieve the buffalo drizzle sauce but they also put it on the grilled. I called to see if I could come back and have the grilled chicken one remade because it wasnt suppose to have the sauce. I was told okay just bring the receipt. I get to the establishment only for the lady in the kitchen to have an attitude and snapped at me asking me very rudely well what do you want on it? I advised grilled chicken no sauce add the cucumbers and everything else that it comes with. She proceeded to mumble something and I explained the app does not give the option to say no sauce for grilled as I showed them on my phone. I also advised the app clearly says Fried option includes drizzle of Buffalo Garlic Blaze. The lady in the kitchen was clearly upset and had an attitude so I said it's okay you don't have to remake it. I'll just take my refund. It's not the customers fault that your mobile app is not specific and if I'm paying my money I want my food made correct. The lady proceeded to come from the kitchen to explain how I didn't specific on the receipt no drizzle at which I told her and showed again the app does not give that option for the grilled and since she was upset that it's okay I'll take a refund for both salads I don't want the food from someone with all this bad energy that agreed they were upset. Read moreI understand why this place has low ratings. I don't feel right giving 1 star, so I'll give it 2, feeling slightly generous today. I have been to Zaxby's a total of 3 times, and 2 of those times were at this location. I didn't have an issue with it the first time except they don't seem to listen when my friends and I ask for something off of our meals, such as sandwiches. I went to this location once more on November 9th, 2017 around 9:20 pm, and it will be the last time I go. I ordered a "nibblers" meal and found out the next morning I had gotten food poisoning from it, as did my friends. I have been throwing up all day, and can't seem to eat anything without throwing up more. My stomach feels like it's in knots and like it's being punched. I have painful trips to the bathroom and even more puking. I get hot flashes and cramps every now and then. Read moreVisited last night, and apparently they only have kids working at night because this is the 4th time going in the evening and young kids are not conducting good customer service at the window (cursing, dancing, singing inappropriate songs, etc). The Asian young girl last night was very nonchalant, failed to tell me that the sauce I ordered on my wings wasn’t available but instead gave me my WRONG order and let me drive away. Thank God I checked. In the beginning when I was placing my order, I asked her a question about my coupon on my app, and she said she had no idea, “she don’t use the app” and had no care apparently about trying to find out and help me but continue to stare at me like I was dumb.
