Biscuitville — Restaurant in High Point

Sitting in the drivethru where the girl keeps me on hold for 5 minutes. The car behind me gets tired of waiting and goes around me. I told the girl at the window they cut in front of me so what does she do? She takes their order at the window and serves them. Needless to say, i didn't pay, didn't take the food and will never go there again. For the manager/owner of that location, I've been a regular customer for 3-4 years. I eat there at least 3 times a week and spend at least $20 per visit. I know that customer service isn't important anymore, and i'm sure you can afford to lose regular customers because of the piss poor quality of your help, so No Loss on your part right. I'll be taking my business somewhere else from now on, so enjoy your business until they run you out of it. Just for an FYI, I have also filed a complaint at the Biscuitville corporate office. I intend to push this until I speak with someone about it and voice my dissatisfaction. I refuse to be made to feel like some lady in a volvo that wants to cut in line is more important than me. Food, in general, is obviously made from quality ingredients, which is readily reflected in the delicious taste of their end-products.

In particular though, the mixed berry hand-pie is both delicate and delectable - the crust is not so heavy as to unduly dominate the overall flavor or texture and, similarly, does not make for unfortunately dry mouthfuls of pasty pastry.

Portions are proportional to price - excellent exchange rate between cost and value.

By and large, customer service and support tends to trend towards excellence.

Oddly short hours of operation are my only area of real complaint/disappointment/frustration.

Always something different with this location. I've been to other Biscuitville's and have never had a problem. This is the 3RD time I've been to this location after working in the area for about a year. Each time they have messed up my order. The very first time, I ordered a bacon, egg , and cheese biscuit meal and received a egg biscuit meal. The 2nd time I ordered the grits with cheese as my side and it didn't have the cheese, and the last time (which will officially be the last time I go to this location), I ordered the spicy honey chicken... No honey, chicken was way smaller than the others, it was very thin with more crispy...
